Lets be honest - we will lose legacy when combinging new and old characters on one server. We may lose bank items, bag items, mail items, auctions items - we may for an unspecified time lose characters entirely. None of this will be on purpose or by design but it can still happen. It has all happened in other games that introduced transfers that were not part of the original release. We are guinea pigs for a system that will - within a short duration - be working perfectly for you.

The games population would support many heavily populated servers - if only you would start merging yourselves. This problem was in the original world of warcraft, just to mention one of many games faced with low population servers during release. For a very long time the only way to solve this was to start again on a heavy population server. Back then we took the initiative and did what needed to be done to enjoy the game to its fullest potential. How strange it is now a bare handful of years later and no-one will take the intitiative to solve their own problems. Cross server tools will NOT give you World PVP World Boss Hunts Community Heroics Groups Random Player Raids Roleplaying Events So either wait for Bioware to implement transfers or do it yourself now. Dont expect some lfg tool to magically make your low populations server enjoyable.

You can get kills, if you use everything and work at your timing, but I dont think that is the point of the class. Think of yourself as a nuisance terrorist. You can knock a carrier back if resolve is low, intercede to a friendly for a good pass gain, force leap some obstacles for more pass gains - also guard the carrier and give them a few extra yards. You can slow a bunch of people or aoe stun them and have plenty of stun tricks at your disposal. Also taunt to reduce damage others output on your teammates. But kill people or actually take damage like a tank should? Bioware have decided tanks arent allowed to do that in pvp. Sometimes you may accidentally hurt an undergeared newbie with no expertise on their items but im sure its a bug they are working on fixing.

Maybe youve missed the point. Ever since their vaunted LFG tool was implemented subs have been steadily dropping until now when they pull out the desperation stunts like scroll of ding or subscription for preordering a different game entirely.
