  1. Itz cuz Perree and I switched sides <3 loljks
  2. If we could get people that can broadcast or record bits of the event - that would be awesome too!
  3. Event Info Date and time: Saturday, 12 July 2014 at 7:00:00 PM PDT (Los Angeles) Sunday, 13 July 2014 at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) AEST (Melbourne/Sydney) Who is invited: All imps and all pubs Who wins: Everyone wins Reason to attend: Scarebear legacy title + party crasher legacy title. Where: Oricon Bring your party jawas and activate them whenever you can! Map: Hopefully we will be able to keep the fights between the Imperial and Republic spawn centers. However, from past Ilum WPvP experience the fight location will take a natural course. Access to the map is here. Organisation: We will need several leaders or people to fill key roles on each side. If you are interested enough to help organise the gathering and leadership of your team reply here - we need atleast one for each side to get organisation started - from there some common sense and grouping skills will allow ops groups to be constructed easily on the day. SPREAD THE WORD!!! Guild leaders interested in this event would suit a leadership role perfectly - All other guild leaders/officers/members who are interested should spread the word to your respective guilds and gain interest that way. The only requirement is that you know how to co-ordinate with other leaders and know how to co-ordinate the formation of a large operations group (and if needed a second group) - Ops group leaders should be responsible for co-ordinating everyone in their group. For all interested there will most likely be a Teamspeak 3 server live on the night for the Imperial Side - anyone with VoiP capabilities on the Republic side who would be willing to allow people in for the event - let the ops group know on the night. Changes: 1 week until the planned night - post all suggestions!
  4. First, allow me to welcome you all and start this incredibly important thread with an incredibly important statement: Our guild <Prime> is the only PvP guild worth joining on the Imperial side. Any other guild that claims to be PvP focused will probably give you some sort of disease and not call you the morning after. (It has been statistically proven that we are the classiest individuals on the Harbinger and we still maintain that incredible attractiveness and heat you all desire) Now down to the serious ****, (for those of you who want to know who we are… so we can convince you to join) Of course it is in the end completely your choice. But I guarantee you won’t say no (please prepare for a large amount of intolerable narcissism btw) History: -We are a small group of friends who have recently returned to SW:TOR after a short break, and we are looking to start up a guild on Harbinger. All of us have played since day one of early access and we know are all heavy PvP players. -Harbinger isn’t a PvP server you say? Certainly not, thanks for pointing out the obvious. But who really wants to be on the Bastion? (Like seriously, 2 or 3 guilds with 5 to 6 players in each competing and a Galactic Trade Market that is emptier than a 2014 Britney Spears concert) -Yes, we are all Aussie players but we love Americans! If you are American and join the guild, we expect you to give us more **** about our accents than we can give you about the yankee accent. (New Zealand losers are welcome too <3) -Our history is from Master Dar’Nala competing against (and with) some incredibly skilled and dedicated players. We attended and organised some of the biggest cluster #%*! world PvP you have ever seen (size matters not) -We like to get out and about when we aren’t playing TOR; you know just some casual clubbing, random hook-ups, etc League of Legends, Planetside 2, Archeage, Landmark and B class zombie games occasionly. (NOTE: we only get out when **** is going bad for us in SWTOR) Ok so requirements to join (What!? don’t act so surprised… you knew it was coming) 1) Be a primarily PvP focused player. 2) Pass our little test that we like to call: “The Stupidity and *******ery PvP test. (do not worry - the above is not difficult, all you need to do is have an IQ higher than me (this isn’t hard (well maybe it is (ask someone I know (more brackets please))))) 3) You can’t hate fun, light hearted jokes or adult language (if you can’t take language more offensive than the stuff in “The Land Before Time”– You can’t join… sorry ) Guild Specifics (ugh… dry)… time zone is flexible really, late evening - early morning US Central primarily – or in local: Evening AU Central and East. We have a teamspeak server to keep in touch or in ear (W/E) :/ Those are our only three rules for joining – so if you pass ‘em all, I will be expecting you to call (we know you can’t say no) Join <Prime> and start having fun on the Imperial side, it’s time for the tide to turn in our favour. Head over to http://primeguild.enjin.com/ to check us out more or contact us ingame! Contact Ciraff, our wonderful GEE EM for your initial ‘run down’ and ‘initiation ceremony’

  9. Sins used to be able to heal themselves for 2% max health per channel of their force lightning after first building 3 stacks of harnessed darkness through wither/shock. So about every 10~12 seconds they could build up the channel. The channel then needed to be channeled within 10 meters of an enemy without being cced/knocked backed/mezzed etc. If the channel was broken early for any reason the stacks were simply lost and you started over. The assassins shelter increases healing by 5% for anyone in it. Additionally dark charge would proc a small heal (200ish) every 4.5 seconds. That was completely gutted in 2.7 and instead that channel now grants up to a 4% DR if you maintain the buff through continuous channeling every 12 seconds or so and dark charge no longer provides any heal procs. The only healing left is overcharge saber which is 15% max health on a 2 minute cooldown, leaving the better defensive options in deception (middle tree) strangely enough.
  10. I would like to see Custom emote, like /champion "You raise your hands in the air as a apotline shines on you and money/flowers/whatever rains around you briefly" Custom regeneration item ideas: Kata, demonstrates your martial prowess by performing a martial arts kata to regen Battle plan: basically a screen drops in front of you with battle plans for one of the warzone which you review while healing Watch the game: A recliner appears and you kick back while watching a floating projection of a huttball match to heal A commemorative huttball which you can kick to people similar to the lifeday tinsel bombs Titles of course are nice Unique gear sets that come with mk-9 augment kits already attached or allow discounted mod swapping Unique death animation: places a buff on you similar to the "kick the huttball" item, when you die your body burns away and a phoenix rises, something like that. Custom mounts are always good, Walkers, maybe one of those narshada styled taxis. Unique housing stuff could certainly be an option for the new stronghold stuff Color crystals ~ Pure black, Silver Being able to pull any of these from collections would be highly desirable Access to a PVP VIP room maybe (Good for all season once you've achieved a certain rank in any season)
  11. Nah we have nightly yoloque on Jung-ma, smaller pop than most servers though so you see alot of the same people with 5~10min que times
  12. Not just sin, PTs too, a "counter class" that counters all tank classes.Basically as immortal jug with dps gear we're able to smash every other tank spec with ease. And since we're this far into post launch tor a great many have all 3 classes and just switch to whatever is broken, which is why I just tank on my jug for the time being. Ultimately it would be best if all 3 could find a middle ground. As for counter classes, those dot spec classes with elemental/internal were the "counter class" for tanks, strangely enough they're hurt the most by the ERD cooldown when fighting them as every tick triggers a possible critical heal proc from ERD.
  13. nice video, the music was a good choice too. One question though, what editing software do you use for this sorta thing?
  14. That's really the heart of the matter, Sins are forced into hybriding to try and stay competitive because the actual trees have been nerfed into oblivion. I haven't run full darkness since a week after 2.7 dropped when I felt reluctantly forced to finally give in. Most sins I knew had given up pure darkness long before that. Double discharge may not be by design, but considering the setup time and akward front loading via stance dancing... I'm not about to call that particular spec OP. The fact that speccing deep into deception/infiltration actually grants you MORE survivability than pure tank says a ALOT about the current state of the class.
  15. This is so true, dps geared immortal jug... I've tried every spec imaginable to fight our dps geared immortal as sin, pure madness works which is meh for pvp especially 4s. Fully deception I require some really nice crits otherwise he wins every time. Full tank sin in dps gear is a joke compared to immortal in dps gear, no contest at all. DPS geared PT tank loses to the new ERD dps+immortal jug as well, although that is a much more realistic match up vs assassin, sin can usually win that one. That being said I'm really enjoying this on my Jug for the time being, 1v1 gods atm. My PT is still fun/good as well for 4s tanking. Honestly I don't follow the dev's logic. They removed Sin healing then give jugs ERD... either you want tanks to have sustain or your don't. I personally find ERD to be much closer to being balanced (although with a 30s duration its nowhere close) when I'm playing Vengeance or Rage (not that I play much rage anymore these days lol). For Immortal jugs or even immortal hybrid with our already great DCDs it really puts it over the top.
  16. So if its such a big issue to increase tank survivability then tank damage output should go up. Right now its simply no where near even in the amount of mitigation vs the amount of damage you LOSE with tanking stats in pvp. The heart of the issue is DPS geared tanks or hybrids have nearly the same survivability expectations as someone that has next to no offensive power running full tank gear. Personally I dont think increasing tank mitigation will make it so no one ever dies. Controlling the tank/heal and setting up burst windows or even pressure comps will still work. Maybe a mechanic like Vengeance from wow could work, you continue to beat on my guarded target, I get to hit you a bit harder for it, make it scale off of bonus defensive stats (from gear).
  17. unfortunately for reign getting a decent 4 man together is a time crunch issue, when we're on we'll que if there is action as we have over the past few weeks. The problem is we figured hell lets just grab whoever we can and see what happens. So we go in with 4 dps, instantly against fiona's group. We put up a decent fight but obviously lose and get immediately told to come back when we have heals. -shrug- not sure what you guys expect at that rate. We'll continue seeing you all in yoloque nightly anyway in the times we don't have a viable 4 ready to roll. Also; This post made my day
  18. I think we can safely call that 1 attempt as the first pull you got trounced while I sat in the corner in stealth loling
