Actually, they owe us content which has passed reasonable QA, which this patch, like virtually all of them, has failed to do. Subs pay for content which works as (pre-)advertised, and we rarely get a release which is even close to that...

With all due respect[*], that's a response completely lacking in content - you made this change before even knowing when (if?) physical keys would be available again for European players. I'm lucky enough to already have a physical key but this is yet another example of BW Austin's patent lack of respect for non-American (paying) customers. Any security holes that have been closed by this change have been around for 15+months, so surely they're not so egregious that you couldn't wait a little longer... EDIT[*] and that respect is due to the fact that I think you've done an outstanding job to respond to most people's questions... you just dropped the ball on this one imo

I'm sorry to say but... you're a jerk. If someone's fighting (or healing after obviously just fought) next to a node then the node is theirs. Even in situations like BH when you can grab the node without agro-ing the mob, if someone's engaged with the mob, it's polite to wait to see if they want the node. Honestly, I wonder how people are brought up today.

If you're a sub, you only get 12 slots per server by default: if you have more chars due to mergers, you can use them all but you need to pay for the extras before you get even more (so in your case, you need to pay _another_ 600 CC to get a 14th slot). At least, that's the way I read the patch notes. Sorry to be the bearer of possibly bad news.
