Bolster has caused more problems than fixed.

PvP gear should still be better than PvE gear while PvPing. That is logical and makes sense. If it should not then PvP gear should be removed. It is becoming more and more difficult for us supporters of bolster to make an argument. I've been trying to support bolster, but not sure if I can any more. The fun part about MMO's and RPG is the progression. PvPers should have a clear advantage when entering a WZ, but not so much that others cannot compete. However, I'm starting to draw a conclusion that this socialist view of making everyone the same is incorrect and consequential to the game.

Too many abilities require two sabers. Plus, you would be missing the offhand stats.

Sentinel was my first 50 after launch. He has been shelved for more than a year. Since then I have level 5 other 50's: Shadow, Sage, Gunslinger, and my latest is a Sniper. They will probably all reach 55 eventually, but I like to dabble with each one and get them geared. Any recommendations for my 50 Sent? I feel so lost since I haven't picked him lately. When I played him at launch Watchman was the popular spec. I do not want to be focus. I've read some good comments about Combat, and not so good comments about Watchman. What do you non-Focus players enjoy the most?

Maybe this means we are more important than ever because healers are so hard to take down. We have the debuff and the burst. Other classes are going to be looking to us to take down the healers.

Do you guys not read anything? Do you spend so much time raging and venting that you become incapable of reading any updates whatsoever? These PvP threads should be locked until Tuesday.

This is a ridiculous thread and I shouldn't comment, however, it's early at work and things are slow Anyone who is comparing 2.0 to NGE has not done one of these two things: 1. Played SWG after NGE. 2. Played SWtoR 2.0. If the purpose of this thread is to compare a patch failure then the main difference is the community seems t be split in half on whether they like 2.0 or not. However, 2.0 is not going to be game breaking to the majority of those that don't like.

Honestly they are all pretty pimpin right now. I just changed from mm to lethality and loving it. Topped the damage chart my first wz after the respec. I can't wait to try out engineering.

This is a clear advantage to a skilled player. #2 Allocate 40 talent points. - difficult for you? #3 PVP for weeks to get their EWH gear. - yeap #4 Allocate entire inventory correctly. - ok? In Column 1, we have the naked level 30. Requirements to PVP: #1 Manage skill bar of ~10 skills. - Clear disadvantage. #2 Allocate 20 talent points. - Less talents?! Disadvantage! #3 No PVP experience required. - Are people with no experience killing you?! Wow... #4 No gear management required. - True. #5 Spams most damaging ability. - Are people spamming abilities killing you?! Wow...

sigh If you have 2 marauders at 100% health and have the same stats who wins? If a bolstered gunny commando kills a bolstered lightening sorc 1v1 how did he do it?

I'm getting tired of the complete over exaggeration on getting killed in 2-3 GCDs. What a bunch of BS. I'm a sniper and not even the Shadows/Scoundrels are doing this to me.

As a sniper I have had some more difficult encounters with Commandos recently. My burst is still too much for most 1v1, but if I'm focusing someone else and a Commando gets me I'm toast.
