  1. I don't have my veng jugg to 55 yet but I'm killing it in pre 55 WZs. I get more solo kills than I have with any other class. I would like to think it only gets better as I level. I don't even have some of the main utilities like Impale, Saber Throw, or Vicious Throw.
  2. This is what I was thinking. How many noobs does it take to kill a sorc at 5%?
  3. I have all 3 as well and for me it is whatever mood I'm in. Snipers are just owning face right now. Sorcs are fun for the variation it gives from bouncing between dps and heals and tyring combinations of hybrids. It's nice you have the options though.
  4. Maybe it's weak now because you were running around killing people in 5 seconds.
  5. In all fairness the Hero engine requires the end user to have compatible specs. They have already stated this. I run on an old school Asus G60J with 4GB RAM and the game is definitely NOT unplayable, but it does get choppy at times. It seems to have gotten a bit worse recently, but nothing that is unplayable.
  6. I'm hesitant, but I have to agree. I hadn't many issues pre 2.0 but am seeing a much worse frame rate in WZs.
  7. You are always low on $$$
  8. lolwut? You could have earned 100k comms with the time it took to post this ridiculous thread. This is why BW will not/should not listen to you noobs. I had 4 50's before 2.0 and it took about a week each to get them to full WH/augmented. Any complaints/whining about getting gear < WH carry no weight.
  9. Hi there, I main a gunslinger and have a 50 sniper. I'm going to assume you all asked know the current LoS, push/leap combo. Saber Reflect is your best friend against us. Be sure you don't use it arbitrarily. Ill give specific advice for each spec. 1. Marksman - there is a rotation we use for this spec, however, we can start the rotation at any point within if needed. What most of us try to do is set up our 1.5 second Ambush. Reflect this sheeeit! If you are below 30% health get ready to reflect. 2. Sabotage - reflect series of shots. It is going to be tough to judge when/what the will do next with everything else going on around you. 3. Dirty Fighting - reflect Wounding Shots. If you you reflect this /golfclap you just killed their rotation and should be close enough to push/jump.

    Leveling in PvP

More than likely inferior due to the fact you need to have a high win % to compete. With the PvP xp bonus Legacy perk it night not be too bad.
  11. That's right! When I play DF on my 'slinger Corrosive Dart fails constantly. It is such a necessary part of the rotation to get Wounding Shots off it becomes really irritating.
  12. Ain't nobody got time for that.
  13. This happens a crap ton on my 'slinger. Trickshot is the ability I see this most common with.
  14. Woah woah woah. With Gearhead Cunning > Power.
  15. One of the reasons I love my gunslinger and my sniper more than all my others are for threads like this The class is so well designed that you can literally choose anyone at any given time and be successful. Your question as to which is *best* is going to be subjective (unless there's a "leveling theory crafter"). My suggestion: try them all! Once you can get Shrap Bomb for DF or Shock Charge for Sab you will have a blast, and that's what it's about. With SS you can loloneshot some of the mobs and once you get Trick Shot it's just stupid.
  16. First, with field spec I can no longer advise setting up builds that compliment PvP and PvE. It's fairly inexpensive and well worth the credits/cartel coins. The main reason for this being is you will not be able to optimize your build to it's real potential. There are talents for PvP: Trip Shot, Heads Up, Kneecappin' and there are PvE talents: Foxhole that just don't work well in all in scenarios. That being said, Leg Shot is one of our best utilities! I use it ALL the time. With the addition of Kneecappin' it is, IMO, one of our best and most crucial talents in PvP. If they blow their CD to break Leg Shot then you should win the fight period. You need to bring LS into your PvP rotation and hotkey it. But like I stated above Leg Shot is not helpful in PvE so your build would be ruined to invest in it when you are not in a WZ. Same with Diversion since it does not work on Bosses. My suggestion: Invest in Field Spec. Optimize your builds for your goal.
  17. Yeah, you're doing it wrong.

    Die in seconds

Bolster is not working correctly still. Your sniper should be in pwn mode right now. It's imperative you position yourself somewhere where you can LoS anything focusing you.
  19. Feral Druids are rocking it right now.
  20. I do NOT advise getting the +2% Alacrity. Don't waste points on this unless you are going full blown Alacrity when you min/max. I'm confused by this build. Is this for PvE? Trip Shot and Kneecappin' are a must for PvP. If this is a PvE build why do you have Percussive Shot, Diversion, and Spacer?
  21. I guess it's preference but Gus, the healer, has been the best for me. Same is true on my Sniper. Look...we do a crap ton of damage and don't need any help with dmg. The healers keep our health up, cc other mobs, and with our energy management as good as it is now there is almost no downtime. When we consider what makes us level faster killing a mob is not what's time consuming. The most time consuming aspects are: 1. Traveling 2. Killing Mobs 3. Regening (health and main pool). There are classes out there that might need an extra bump of help with killing mobs, but not classes like Gunslingers. By using a tank he will need to regen health. One way is to use your regen ability OR mount/dismount OR dismiss/recall your companion. With a healer I have not had to do this. Once the mob is dead Gus restores your health pool and your energy will regen. So it's literally move from one mob to another without interruption or delay.
