  2. Way to address the non important issues in this thread. There are way more important issues to solve then these non issues. Its like you just skipped over everything people said and only focused on things you want. If where being honest here, apparently player feedback doesn't mean a whole lot.
  3. I have a few reservations about this update and i really hope you read this and not scan over it. I think we all want this update to be as smooth as possible. QUOTE 1. "Personal Conquest will be increased from the previous 50,000 points to 100,000 points for “Legacy of the Sith”. 'We want to ensure that Conquest remains a viable and enjoyable loop for all types of players, while also ensuring that it is promoting a healthy relationship for players and the connecting systems.' Most of the guilds have their own chat platform. Most are on Discord. Being so, raising the minimum only increases the pressure on players to hit 100k on all of their toons. and Believe me a lot of players have a lot of toons. Heres the thing, some guilds have "REQUIREMENTS" that are not set by the game itself, some of the larger guilds that have been in the top spot for many years now will kick you from the guild for not joining them in certain activities, so technically this will only increase the pressure on players to do more for their guilds. QUOTE 2."Starting with 7.0, Conquest Objectives will no longer reward experience or credits for completing them. We are making this change to help reduce the number of credits being generated in the game, as well as removing the experience loop Conquest has had in the past." So this is fine to a point. Not rewarding credits takes more credits out of the game which is good to help with economy. More of these systems should be taken out, like a certain run of heroic missions will reward you with 15m credits by the end of it, so technically heroic missions give more credits for completing. Taking experience points out of conquest though may hurt newer players. Please make sure the newer players are also cared for, with the game so inflated at the moment its going to be increasingly difficult for newer players to get items in the game. QUOTE 3. "As an example of this, one of the more completed Objectives, “Missions: Story Time”, has generated nearly 64 billion credits into the economy alone." I'm sorry but if you think 64 billion is a lot id really suggest you take a closer look at players legacy banks. This is a "small fry" in the bowl people dip into. I mean its a good start but there is more players already at credit cap then you think there are. Take additional missions out so it reduces the amount of credits by the "trillions" that's what we need. perhaps you can take a closer look at that. The removal of the amplifiers is a removal of one of the "Credit Sinks" in the game. When you remove a credit sink another MUST take its place. I suggest you take into consideration the TOTAL AMOUNT of credits generated in 1 day, then compare that with the TOTAL AMOUNT of credits "SUNK" in one day. That is where your problem lies in the economy. You have 1 credit sink in the taxes on the GTN but that alone is not enough. You need to develop a whole different system that balances the amount of credits generated by the amount sunk. Those have to be nearly equal to achieve some sort of balance. I'm sure you have a system in place to see these numbers and I hope you develop a system that can achieve some sort of equilibrium. I do thank you that you are aware of the "Inflation Issue" and I do thank you that your putting in measures to combat he issue to make the game environment more pleasurable. Also i think we all are looking forward to 7.0 Keep up the hard work!

  5. Right whatever the exact cause is, wether the drop in rates is the way it should be or wether the increase is the way it should be, since this changes just about every time you log in this needs to be addressed. Asap.
  6. Yes I understand that. However it was shown this way to know whether your rates will be bugged on this particular craft cycle or not. Its really not 2% difference like it shows. Whatever the exact crit rates are in a different window thats fine. However I was just highlighting the apparent bug.
  7. Crafting Critical Rate Bugs Potential Fix Included There currently exists a Critical rate bug that pertains to the critical success rate of any given crew skill crafting any item. What i have found to be and have heard the same issue from multiple different people from within the crafting community with regards to the critical success rate is as follows. At any given time your critical rate in the crew skills tab will fall 2% and sometimes 4% lower for no apparent reason. Proof of such is the 3 following screenshots taken on the same account on the same character at different times of the day. https://ibb.co/K9Nwjk1 https://ibb.co/RzhZB2D https://ibb.co/fSYmMpz This error will SIGNIFICANTLY lower your critical success rates for any item crafted and any grade crafted. This error happens randomly and without cause. Tested on 7 different characters myself and they all have the issue. Potential FIX/WORKAOUND This is by no means a complete fix. The system needs to be patched however I have achieved "Normalcy" my using these steps. 1. Log in to Character 2. Open crew skills (do not click anything else) 3. Click on a "special" companion. Not a story companion. Ex i used Shae Vizla a reward from being a subscriber. 4. Then click the item you want to craft. Your critical rate should be at your normal critical rate. Mine being 84% (clicking on any companion other than "Special" companions first will result in my critical rate being reduced by 2% or by 4% given randomly. The apparent cause of this error is unknown and hopefully the devs can fix this. Sometimes this fix doesnt work. However i have the most success following these steps. Before you start crafting always check your critical rates. Sometimes this fix doesn't even work so I close the game application and restart it. Always check your rates before you craft! I hope this helps you in your crafting in the meantime. Hopefully the devs can take a look at this and fix it if they so choose.
  8. If you could buy guild perks as a token and then put them in your guild bank that would be nice. Or how about just give us guild leaders 3 100 untradeable unmailable commendation guild tokens we can just use to give out guild tokens. That would solve all problems.
  9. The tactical advantage did not get used even when using the skill corrosive assault. So say u grt a tactical advantage for killing a mob. When you use your skill it should fall off then as mob dies come back a stack. This was not the case. Corrosive grenade refreshed the bugged tactical advantage timer which it should not. Also used it on stronger enemies that took more than 4 hits to kill so while I can understand what u mean this was not the case.
  10. For the scoundrel/operative when you use a skill that uses a tactical advantage your tactical advantage should reduce by 1 point. However this is bugged. During a rampage (killing many enemies on a planet for conquest objective.) Yesterday I only used corrosive grenade skill on multiple enemies over 30 as the operation group of 24 went through killing enemies. I basically was dotting everything. However at one point corrosive grenade gave a tactical advantage. And when using corrosive assault (the skill that uses a tactical advantage) it didn't take the tactical advantage away. This was replicated on the next planet we went to and then replicated on pub side w the smuggler. Corrosive assault became spammable and used it 9x in a row without losing a tactical advantage. Then corrosive grenade refreshed the glitched tactical advantage. This was not replicatable on a single target dummy. Was not replicatable in a flashpoint, was not replicatable in a operation. Only after targeting many different enemies in a rampage was it replicatable. I dont see this being a issue as it really provides no insentive to do, however it is a bug that might show some underlying issue with "tactical advantage" in the future patches.
  11. Right they've been super slow at creating releasing new content. The easiest thing is to just bring old content back with new facepaint. Its kinda sad the company is huge and yet new content is so small.
  12. Right like will we have to save all the tokens to buy something in season 2 or 3. Or will enough tokens be aquirable to buy everything from season 1. And then what if we saved the tokens and then they don't like this system like previous systems would we be stuck with unusable tokens?
  13. Id rather new content class wise. Change up stuff like a new class more races available, new skills, a new raid, different pvp modes, a guild vs guild pvp battle 15v15 or 20v20 on a planet to conqure it or something. The new fp is cool but we will get through it in 30min and thats that. Daily log ins w armor cool sure but then everyone will have that same stuff and everyone will have the same exact stuff so we lose our uniqueness. Id like to see actual solid updates/additions to the things that actually matter that we do everyday (pvp, Raids, heroics, class skills, add a whole 5th class maybe, bring back skill trees that actually work well) idk just somthing better so endgame isn't go get conquest points for your guild cuz thats all thats left.
  14. Good tiny patch fixing things. However bigger issues still need to be addressed. And servers were taken down early. Hopefully they go back up early.
  15. Exactly a change is needed. When we see the same guild no1 on one of the servers I play on its like whats the point of conquest anyway. Change it up so its not possible for years in a row. More server equality. Let's do this!

  17. True I do agree with the "freedom" point. However all of us have a measure of freedom but not "absolute" freedom. We all must work within the confines and rules of our employers, companies, organizations we are apart of. For example a recent disney employee of a well known star wars tv show was let go because what was "posted unofficially" did not align with the core values of the company. There was that "freedom" however there were consequenses. Just like we have to abide by the rules in this forum. Some have used their freedom here but their posts have been removed because it didn't align with the rules. That being said imo they should either make it official or not allow it at all.
  18. Mods shouldn't be on discord. Discord is a text messaging service. Its more or less a group text chat. Unless excplicitly approved by bioware/ea as official. Which its not. Anything said by a moderator or anyone in a position at swtor is going to be taken as factual and official unfortunately there's not really a way around that. My question is if they are in unofficial discords does bioware/ea know of this and pay attention to what their people say. If I was a game developer I know I wouldnt want my people in unofficial channels. Its best to keep things official on the forums only.

  20. I had a idea that I think would be cool to npc stronghold decorations. Perhaps have a "toggle" option when you place the npc decoration that can turn it into a animated version. For example some may like to put 2 rows of troopers down a hallway. They remain stationary as you walk past. However if u toggled them when you placed them down for "anination on" as you walked past them they would all salute you. So they are now animated. What do u think
