  1. I just want to take a moment to thank the community for taking the time to speak up and let your thoughts be heard. It's so important for people to do this or things will never change; I encourage you to ask your friends and guildies to get active on the forums as well when they have grievances or to even share their joy when positive changes happen. I've actually been thrilled seeing the response from all of you, which let me know I wasn't the only one on the "conquest tipping point." A lot of joy has been taken out of the game from the slog of doing 'extra' content just to hit conquest. While the planned 7.4.1c changes noted so far are "nice," things are still heavily out of balance in the conquest world. Infinitely repeatable heroic mission? '+1 cookies' Access to content previously locked behind story progression? '+1 cookies' The problem here is you haven't yet made up for the '-50 cookies' with the rep. nerf and overall dissatisfaction of the community. Also, not having cq objectives for the newest content to the game, like Kessan's Landing, needs to be remedied. (And hey, R4 is still the least rewarding OP, yet it's the newest; needs some attention!) People come to swtor to enjoy a Star Wars game. While playing the game, they enjoy being rewarded for their time spent (however short or long that time may be), conquest usually being the 'main' reward for continued play. I think the larger issues at hand here are the lack of variety of ways in which to earn conquest as well as an imbalance of value to points given for conquest objectives. Most of us have been playing for years, which means we've been doing the same heroics for YEARS. We DON'T want to have to spend the next several years just farming the same old heroics to earn what really isn't that big of a reward for completing conquest. For my first point on the larger issues: Repetition is boring, and continually gets more boring when you have to repeat the same. darn. heroics. every. day. for. years...! The conquest board is basically, what 50% of just "go do heroics?" You're more or less forcing us to be bored of your game. Try coming up with additional items that let us play with more variety! Try being kind and give us 2-4 more "gimmies" like the "decorate 5 times" or reactivate "sell junk" for all player levels. Even a little like that can show you're trying. Personally, I see no reason why lower leveled toons get more/better reward options than max level toons. The 'gain a level' alone is enough extra benefit for non-80 toons. For my second point: If you're essentially extending the value of completing one heroic from ~5k to 10k~, something that only takes ~5-10mins. to complete, then longer, harder objectives, like Weeklies, Flashpoints, Operations, etc. should ALL have a boost in their point value. This again shows how we're continually being channeled to the same old heroics to make any meaningful progress in conquest in a fair amount of time. Just throwing these out there but some ideas that came to mind were things such as: Rewarding 5k (@150% SH) for each ops boss defeated. That would add an additional ~20k-30k to operations, make practically everyone happy, and really have no additional effort. You could also do something similar for flashpoint bosses. How about making the Weekly Heroic missions worth some conquest? Make 'killing enemies on a planet' infinitely repeatable instead of just rewarding for the first 75 (total) killed. Heck, why not disburse say 50cq points for every 5 minutes a toon is logged into the game (literally rewarding people for their time)?
  2. What. The. Heck. I wish I knew this a couple days ago; I suggest people start sending in their bug reports in-game on this and bump the post because there's probably going to be a lot more of us finding out during the season that the Northeastern Eyto Eyto is now unavailable to them to buy...
  3. Was the Reputation CQ overpowered? Yes. But nothing about how this was done is fair. Stealth changing it was a bad call. Dropping it all the way down from ~45k to ~7k was a bad call. Giving us "replacements" that only work during Galactic Seasons was a bad call. There needs to be more balancing done across the board if this is to remain at such a low level. Maybe increase the stronghold bonus cap from 150% to 175%? 200%? Give every existing objective a bump of 10%? 20%? Conquest has been getting more and more irritating ever since it was bumped up from 50k to 100k and this change makes it even less enjoyable. Having to grind content I don't want to do to cap a toon for the week vs. an easy bypass to finish a toon is very annoying. Maybe come up with more variety than what currently is "do heroics on every planet and kill mobs." This will definitely hurt small/solo guilds and really harms the community who can't play tons but still wants to hit conquest on at least a few toons each week. Sincerely, Extremely Disappointed 😅
  4. Yeah, I'm under the assumption now that the GTN is going to be absolutely loaded (hopefully) with this stuff; it'd be impossible to really get what you want relying on random drops only, just sucks that this is a calendar because you'll only be able to complete it 3x a year max. Would be nice if you could reroll a calendar if you've already done it 10+ times.
  5. Also jumping on the "no saboteur option" train here; reset mission on my Sith Warrior, no change. Update: After giving it a try again after a few days, I finally got/found the Saboteur option! Seems to be working fine now. Ty!
  6. I'm extremely disappointed that: "For transfers specifically to Shae Vizla, we are looking to provide free transfers, for a specific period, of time to players who have been a Subscriber for at least 90 consecutive days" I'm the kind of person who plays daily, and basically have done so for years with only small breaks from the game, but I never run a sub for 90+ days consecutively; I usually do 30 or 60 days at a time with an unspecified break time in between, partially to extend my finances, partially because my life can get busy and I can't justify being subbed when I know I can't play much for a bit, and partially because sub benefits aren't something I NEED 24/7/365. So, this basically just looks like a penalty to loyal players who don't always have a sub active. I'm really only looking to transfer one character to get my legacy/achievements/perks to copy over to Shae Vizla and just continuing my SV journey with that "fresh server" feel. Maybe consider a "first transfer free" regardless of sub time?
  7. I believe the intent is for it to complete once you click the datacron and clear the cutscene; I found a video on youtube showing it complete successfully w/ the exit door opening, although I can't recall if that was from the PTS or live. Just another weird thing.
  8. So long story short, yay I got the datacron, however the quest didn't complete and the door didn't open so I could exit. Now the long story. Got in the phased area, did the 5 clickable objects, made it past the savrips. Made it through the lava maze, activated the terminal that dropped the door shield, killed the droid and got the detonator drop. Went to the door, apparently time expired and shield was up, had to go click terminal again, then when making to back the door, graciously blew my jump and died in lava. Back to med-center and had to reacquire the mission. Did the clickable objects again, etc. etc. but this time around I already had the detonation item in my inventory, so just clicked the terminal to drop the door shield, proceeded to door and blew it. Made it through the last lava area to datacron, clicked, got the "cutscene" telling me I now have +10 endurance, scene ends and... nothing. Mission didn't complete, exit didn't open. I do have the datacron showing in my legacy though, so I guess it doesn't matter in the long run that the quest didn't complete, however, something is definitely wrong here. I tried redoing it fresh, but when I get back to the datacron, it's unclickable (since it was already collected once, though usually there's a cutscene that pops up in this case telling you the datacron(s) are no longer active) thus no trigger for the mission to end. Anyone else get this lovely bug?
  9. Along the same lines, there are several items that have the button to click to unlock in collections, however clicking it does nothing, the buy page doesn't pop up. Some examples are: Doc Customization 9 Title: Strike Team Hero Title: Led the Charge Juvenile War Rancor F5-SC Fighter Model Corellian Stardrive Vanguard Zonian Monkey-Lizard M8-3R Astromech Droid MT-4T Astromech Droid M4-Y9 Astromech Droid Kai Zykken's MK-90 Holo-Log I'm confident there are several more, especially along the lines of "promotional items," but these are the ones I'm aware of at the moment. Particularly interested in the Juvenile War Rancor and Zonian Monkey-Lizard, as those were just recently reintroduced as part of the weekly special item sales.
  10. Absolutely extremely disappointing... Won't be spending anything on this. Collection unlocks are my #1 spending point and it's been way too long since the last time we had the unlocks on sale, or any decent sales for that matter.
  11. Bumping this post: I have noticed this during each of the last two PVP seasons (idk if it was broken earlier than that) that after completing a PVP match at Odessen I'm not getting any Valor, nor am I receiving the medals I earned during the match, thus no progress towards the 2000 medals achievement. Just did one, started the match at 1507 medals, earned 9+ medals during match, and my total after was still 1507. Didn't remember to get a screenshot, but I'll snap one the next time the map comes up.
  12. I actually posted about this a short while ago with the full list. https://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=1004347 Continually disappointed none are recoverable yet.
  13. Darth Vindican's Dualsaber was a part of the Legacy of the Sith Digital Collector’s Edition. The items in this pack were supposed to be exclusive to those who purchased said pack via Steam or swtor.com until March 15th, however, today, one showed up on the GTN on Darth Malgus server. I don't know how this happened, I'm assuming through a Cartel Pack. This needs to be looked into, so people who didn't buy the Collector's Edition cannot obtain it. https://imgur.com/a/4ZOZSpm
  14. So I've been working on collections for a long time, but I discovered not too long ago that some of my collection unlocks are not reclaimable or available to legacy unlock. I was always under the impression that once the game indicated I had unlocked an item in collections, I would always have the option to reclaim it later - so I then destroyed the item, unknowingly losing these particular items permanently. So BioWare, maybe it's about time you let us reclaim them? Of the nearly 3000 items collectable, it's kind of a bummer that about 30 of the armors exist in this manner, some being quite rare. I'd really appreciate the opportunity to use these armors without paying an arm and a leg on the GTN to get them again, if they're even to be found anymore. List of "Unreclaimable" Armors: Investigator’s Armor Set Noble Commander’s Armor Set Destroyer Armor Set Pathfinder’s Armor Set CZ-13K Guerrilla Armor Set MA-44 Combat Armor Set Outlaw’s Armor Set X-3 Techmaster Armor Set Dark Initiate’s Robe Redeemer’s Harness Saberist’s Body Armor Wayfarer’s Robe CZ-5 Armored Assault Harness MA-35 Forward Ops Chestplate Street Slicer’s Longcoat Outrider’s Flight Jacket Dire Taskmaster’s Robe Honored Master’s Vestments Dire Overlord’s Vestments Honored Champion’s Robe Dire Warmaster’s Body Armor Honored Saberist’s Harness Dire Eliminator’s Chestguard Honored Adept’s Shroud Guard Captain’s Chestplate MA-52 Med-Tech Chestplate CZ-27K Stealth Ops Suit Emergency Responder’s Overcoat CZ-18X Avalanche Chestplate MA-53 Overwatch Chestplate
  15. What about the Galactic Seasons Non-Seasonal Vendor?
