  1. Whilst some of these Canon show sets are nice, it'd be nice to see some of the cool sets that still haven't been taken from Legends in SWTOR. For example, The Force Unleashed has some of the best sets in Legends, such as the Jedi Adventure Robes, Jedi Ceremonial Robes, and Rahm Kota's robes. Then there are some of the lightsabers and weapons, such as Rahm Kota's, Mace Windu's and Count Dooku's, all of which would look amazing if implemented and without the slight delay of new lightsabers.
  2. I'm still waiting for them to make the ship strongholds accessible to solo players, or to offer an alternative to allow them to have those.
  3. Assuming that this isn't going to allow credits as an alternative, this is just going to put a lot of players off of participating in the GS, not encourage them. It's also a worrying trend that as dyes now cost $20 and are only useable once and weapons and armour cost at least $10 dollars and as much as $30, we're now seeing even strongholds being locked behind paywalls. Hopefully they offer credits as an alternative after seeing the overall negative reaction to the news, or at least do so down the line.
  4. Each new dye on the Market currently costs 1,750 cartel coins to buy. For the sake of reference, 2,400 CC is equal to $20 on the store at the moment. Allowing for this calculation to be $1 = 120 CC, to buy just one of these, you'll need to spend approximately $15 just to get ahold of one. To make this worse, not only are these dyes exorbitantly expensive and are time gated (after which they'll go into packs, prompting limited supplies and ridiculous GTN prices), but Bioware and Broadsword are still maintaining the practice of these being one-time use dyes. So once you use this $15 dyes even one time, you need to cough up enough to get another one. It's a gross practice that even some of the most microtransaction-heavy games out there don't do. Many, including most Triple A games, give you these dyes for free or at the very least let you use these dyes either A) infinitely, or B) a certain number of times. At least with a lightsaber or armour, you can reuse them or grab them from Collections. With these, you use them once and they're gone. At the very least, Cartel Market dyes should be reuseable a couple or a few times before being destroyed if you're going to ask players to cost more than most armour sets (1,440) to use them.
  5. Adding new dyes for money seems kind of redundant when we still don't have a way to use them more than once. Also a shame that there's no news about other things like an invisible head armour (still holding out hope) or customisable weapon sounds (mentioned a while ago to be something they were interested in doing). The armour is a bit...tame. The Sabine one feels like a missed opportunity to put in Baylan's instead of another Mandalorian set.
  6. Appreciate the insight, @EricMusco. I'm curious if there are plans to add modifications for weapon sounds/activation delays (some of them have the delay and it's jarring) and what the process is for that. I think it'd also be nice for the community to have some insight into the difficulties of long requested features, such as a hood toggle or an invisible head armour to hide hoods (which I've seen proposed a lot as an alternative).
  7. Any chance that info includes any discussion of new customisation features like changing weapon activation sounds or removing the weird activation delays of a half-second+ on some lightsabers?
  8. Upon using it, your blade thickens in length...massively. It only seems to happen with the saber throw ability.
  9. Multiple ideas have been suggested by the community which would be more effective. You could: A) Add a credits option to unlocking things in collections, or B) Enable appearance modification for credits,
  10. When used in cutscenes, the lightsabers take longer to activate, causing them to have this awkward moment where your character can't activate the lightsaber. This was a problem a while ago that was raised at the time with other lightsabers (Ardent Defender, Tempted Apprentice, Resolute Guerrilla) and that problem remains. Plus, when used with certain emotes (e.g. /flourish), the sound bugs out relative to the blade, causing it to be delayed. Please change it to a normal activation and stop producing these kind of effects on the lightsabers, or at least make them customisable/optional (e.g. two variants).
  11. It'd be amazing to have something like Starkiller's Adventure Robes added to the game. Could be two chestpiece variants: hooded and unhooded. Would also be cool to see a phase two Clone Trooper helmet added to the game, possibly with the whole set. We already have a phase one; worth completing the set.
  12. We already have a mount for it, and the other two (Vulptilla and Opal Vulptilla) both have a pet variant. Would be neat to have an Infernal Vulptilla pet added for those of us who love having a little four-legged friend along for the journey.
  13. Evening. Hoping one of the team can answer this; when ranked PvP is removed, will the weapons be available for players to buy? Some of the past weapons look amazing but some users such as myself aren't very good at PvP and so don't really have the ability to get them. It'd be really cool if you guys could confirm that they'll be available for purchase or to be obtained, now that ranked and unranked are pretty much merging. Thanks in advance, and hope you guys reply.
