  1. It sounds like people are upset with the loading screens, not the orbital ships. Fix the loading screens and problem solved.
  2. Wow, I didn't flip to the 2nd page, but no one was willing to answer your question: I have not seen all the companions yet, but Corso is a cutie. I also kinda like my Theran, because he is just so sly.
  3. I don't mind them. I like engaging in the 'game'. I hate when games make things simple for everyone to the point of removing the atmosphere. WoW was ruined by this.
  4. Agree absolutely. I would like to find rares in the game that would enable me to decorate and show them off in my ship, including furniture, plants etc!
  5. While it may make it more convenient, it has been proven many times over that making a game more convenient for players leads to shortened time playing a character and thus will cause a shedding of customers over time. I don't even want to be convenienced. I think the travel times for all things are nice the way they are. Just my opinion however.
  6. My favorite game of all time: Ragnarok Online. This is the game where it literally took me two years to get to max level. By the time I finally did reach level 99, the game had 'Re-birth' on the horizon, which was a much better upgraded new class that started the character back at zero. Best game for replay value ever.
  7. Way off. Unless your talking about 3 weeks after release of Wrath.. but even then, we were reading about 10 million subscribers, not 13.
  8. Something to look forward too in future content patches!
  9. Considering that's the 'main' spot in WoW and the only place you see people, I'd expect that in WoW. The servers are probably comparable in amounts of people online, but WoW has more realms.
  10. LOL, omg - I laughed because I also have found myself trying to avoid walking near him. Hahahaha!!
  11. /signed We were discussing this possibility the other day as well. Guild storage could also be on the guild ships. Guilds who successfully keep others at bay during a battle keep their guild emblem on the map for the guild battle 'area' they dominate. Guild wins earn points and levels and the levels allow special skills. One such skill that could be earned later with a high amount of points would be the guild teleport ability (call guild-mates to the leader).
  12. I was just thinking yesterday of things they could add to the game to further enhance the enjoyment of guilds. One thing that really sounds promising are guild 'ships'. The guild ship could be a 'house' of sorts for the guild, including a guild bank or 'closet'. Not only that, but, and this is where it really sounds fun, the guild ship would be used in guild space battles. Each participating member would have a 'station' on the ship to control, e.g. turrets, etc. The guild ships would fire upon each other to break through shields. After the shields go down, a guild could enter an opposing guild's ship for one-on-one combat. The winner of the fight, would control a territory until the next scheduled match. The matches could be daily or twice to three times a week. The controlled territory would allow the guild who controls it a special loot box that contained either regular gear or armor, weaponry and the like, and/or credits, but it could also by very small chance contain a component of a special godly item that would take many components to create and then could be used by guild members. There are also other benefits to controlling a territory, such as, small guild boosts during the guild matches or other benefits. The territories would show the 'emblem' of the controlling guild and would allow each guild a chance to be creative. Just one idea!
  13. True, but that airplane is not falling at what is it, 9.8 m/s squared? due to the force of gravity (on earth, that is).
