Operation loot drop list
complexxLT replied to Iwipe's topic in Flashpoints, Operations, and Heroic Missions
Yes we used master loot because we distribute loot using EPGP (http://www.antimatter.lt/dkp.php?page=standings), after first loot failure we switched to hard and had no problems, will upload images tomorrow. -
Operation loot drop list

Seems like Nightmare loot table is completely ruined. http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh30/complexxL9/Screenshot_2012-02-02_20_17_48_653321.jpg -

I'll try to print screen our raid kills with loot window open for additional data. -
Operation loot drop list
complexxLT replied to Iwipe's topic in Flashpoints, Operations, and Heroic Missions
Useful list, but I would like to suggest other names for "tiers". tier 1 tier 1,25 and tier 1.5 I think that keeping 1 tier per 1 raid content is much more simple and intuitive. Now back to loot, can anyone outline whats the loot drop differences between 8/16? Does 16 drop more rakata? More xenotech? How much items drop in each etc? -
Don't bother doing 16s over 8s
complexxLT replied to DefMike's topic in Flashpoints, Operations, and Heroic Missions
Completely agree with op. Correct me if I am wrong, but from what I've seen 16man is actually 2 times less tier level loot then 8 man. The drops are exactly the same even though there are 2x more people raiding. Seriously? I don't want to think this was intended and hope it's just one more thing gone wrong and scheduled for fixing. Please clarify on this. -
8 man vs 16 man, wth Bioware?

Yeah I also support this as long as it's on Russian servers only.

What is your real reason for cancelling subscription?
complexxLT replied to Ypsan's topic in General Discussion
My real reason is that I will be redeeming game time with gamecards as they are cheaper. Cheers. -

Anything for new flashpoint in 1.1 yet? -
PvE Progress
complexxLT replied to complexxLT's topic in Flashpoints, Operations, and Heroic Missions
It would not, if we post only the kills who happened earlier then the best posted yet (per server/faction) - for now 2012.01.18 on bloodworthy/empire. The goal is to list top pve guilds to have a sense where you are on the scale. -
If there is already similar topic I am sorry for duplicate, but the search is not working as you all know. List your SoA Hard/Nightmare kills with dates, server, faction and screens/videos of your kill. I will update first post with top 10 per server/faction for every raid/difficulty/size. Harsh death penalty system compared to WoW

We'll see what will be your opinions after a wipe fest. That is if you're gonna set a foot in hard/nightmare raids. -
Harsh death penalty system compared to WoW
complexxLT replied to Blacktailstalker's topic in General Discussion
Anyone here tried raiding? A wipe evening can cost you as much as 450 000. Repairs are ridiculously expensive compared with average player credit income rate. You literally have to grind for hours to be able to afford a progress raid evening, where in wow I never had to do that. This is awesome for gold sellers I guess as gamers of our generation (those who have jobs) can't afford to grind for the sake of being able to raid. -
I agree with the OP. Traveling across planets is annoying and time consuming.

Something about crafting. I really like the idea of reverse engineering and gaining better versions of equipment. In fact I like it so much that I suggest to change the way you acquire new recipes when leveling crafting. I am talking only about recipes acquired from crafting trainer. Instead of just going and learning them from you trainer, why not make a system of item trees where you discover new recipes while leveling up your crafting. You would start from some base items which would fork into more items and so on and so on. You would climb the crafting tree by making different items to acquire different type of higher tier recipes while crafting and not just make most cheap item in every skill segment to get to max skill. -
DataCrons, Jumping and Platforming...why its terrible...
complexxLT replied to Lokai's topic in General Discussion
I agree that jumping is painful in swtor and I think "realism" is to blame. If you want to jump forward you have to move forward before you jump and it is really hard to adjust your movement while already in air. This imo makes it feel unresponsive and laggy even thou it is more realistic, but I'd give up this realism any day for a better feel of my toon. -

Anyone else having problems managing with credits while wiping in raids? Imo repairs are extremely too expensive we often have to stop progress because few of our raiders just become bankrupt. I understand that deaths and wipes should be penalized, but you should not be forced to grind whole time while not raiding to support 3 raid evenings of raids. Make repairs more affordable. -

Speaking of raids loot distribution on normal is horrible. I've got assigned gloves which I already had equipped on me and my guildie would have taken them. And my guildie got assigned a helm token which he did not need and could not pass to me. So add the ability to trade loot between members of a raid for a few hours! WoW has it, Rift has it, why wouldn't swtor have it? Unless you love tickets with "plz give this loot to my mate it was assigned incorrectly". -

What this game needs is a Remote Control for your ship! Now when you travel from planet to planet, what you really do is click a lot of doors. Why the hell can't we minimize that to 1 Loading screen instead of 10. This is really and I mean REALLY annoying. Also I've noticed custom guild ranks are not yet on compilation. We want to have our own ranks in our guild. -

I see /roll and dual-spec is already mentioned, want to add character experience gains for gathering nodes. If you have 3 gathering professions while leveling it really slows down your progress, it would be nice to at least have a "compensation" low exp reward for gathering. It does not break anything as once you hit 50 it no longer matters. -
Using mumble - no problems.

1. /roll - a must have. I was lightly shocked when I found out it's not in, gave our guild a bit of trouble with loot distribution system implementation. There are scenarios when you want to do a lootmaster system, but need to roll for specific items, not possible atm. 2. Experience gains for gathering nodes on the field. I really hate skipping nodes while questing. I have 2 gathering professions and I feel punished in leveling experience because it eats a good chunk of my questing time. 3. Dual-Spec - Inevitable. Question of when bioware will acknowledge that. I will update this post with more when I remember them or someone else suggests a good feature from which at least some would benefit and none would suffer.

Exploring and doing quests to get your abilities? Really? I bet you would curse this when rolling your fourth alt. There is a reason why wow ditched this concept some time ago.
