Returning player here. 1. On the Fleet, they seem to have brought back a bunch of old sets purchasable w/ credits. They're also legacy so I can use them on my alts. But the armor rating is 8. Are they mainly for Appearance? 2. Do I need to level to max level for 50% xp legacy gear and do the Light vs Dark stuff? 3. Any tips for gearing, is it even necessary w/ OP companions?

Pro's and con's please. The way I understand it, Tankassins have more utility but are pretty much limited to Darkness. Marauder have more dmg and can utilize the different trees but defensive cds were nerfed.

Hi gang, my IA Sniper just dinged 50, I have the following: - 1 Champion bag - 2K Warzone comms - 1K Merc comms Bag didn't have anything in it. I need to spend the WZ comms cause the cap is 2K. Excellent compared to what? Iron Fist DMG comes from Stockstrike. U'd have been more convincing if u had said Parakeet spec. Post a pic of the highest dmg of a IF vanguard and I'll consider taking u off the baddie list...

Only tanking tree gets leap. If they have leap, they don't have 8 sec immunity. If they have immunity, they're no longer tanks just a melee in heavy armor. They don't have any oh snap cds. If they're tank spec, their dmg sux. No comparison between Assassins and Vanguards in their tank specs. NONE...

This was an amazing fight. I had just dinged lvl 29 when I tackled this fight. FAILED miserably the first few times and google led me to a vid that said to LOS. But the most important thing was to have bug boy not be bugged up front and LOS'ing Jadus. I'm engineering and talented IP w/ snare and interrupting/LOS'ing his casts near the terminals helped.

I'm pretty sure Healers Have to Die, healer marking addon for wow, still works.

Did the OP completely forget about the multiple AOE's that this AC has? Did the OP factor in that if grouped w/ a healer, they can have high uptime on targets and if the other team has the same, that means that damage will just be inflated? Why is the OP using damage meters as a measure of class value? *** did I just read?

U can solo H4's? Are they ur level? I can't solo H2s on my Vanguard (***/Tac Hybrid). I guess I need to roll a sent/mar...

What I actually wished is that they normalized all gear to a certain lvl factoring in advance class. That way, skill wins and for the progression folks, they get better lookin gear...

I didn't say premade v premade was a penalty. I said, making premades WAIT for a similar sized group to queue hurts more than u getting stomped. Also, Bioware has made it actually more difficult to premade than most would like, having to reinv after every game and coordinate queues sux. I don't disagree that premade stomping pugs sux but how does Bioware know that that vanguard is an S-key hugging clicker. For the record, I do believe Bioware has some system grouping like leveled/geared people together, when I was lvl 10-19, i faced similar w/ the odd 4x in there. As I'm 38, I'm facing a bit more upper lvls w/ a few 10s sprinkled in htere. I shouldn't be punished cause I made friends and want to play w/ them. Getting stomped by battlemasters sux but making bms sit out until an equal sized bm group would kill wz pops for a lot of people.

So while the whole point of an MMO is to be social, u want there to be systems in place to penalize people who game socially? And it's not for comic relief if there are no other end game options.

I'm really curious how any developer is supposed to stop friends who queue together and discern who's using a 3rd party program to communicate. In WoW, anyone can queue for a non-rated BG go against complete n00bs. In GW2, anyone will be able to queue w/ friends against bums. Why is it bad to have friends in an MMO?
