I would be great to see people partying it up. I've never seen an mmo quite so bland socially. There's plenty of mini-games they could start sneaking in to give us something to do together. There's a whole casino on Nar Shaddaa screaming to be used. There's a VIP lounge I've only seen 2 people in at a time, hell, turn the whole thing into a 2nd level Cantina everyone can hang out in, it's just wasted space right now. Banish the VIP lounge of to some instance where we can pretend it was never an idea, I've got the DD and I wouldn't be mad about this. The Fleets should be revamped into party hubs IMO!

By the sounds of that it's going to be a Cartel Market item. If that's the only way to obtain the race, I will be very unhappy about that. I've put off working on a Commando for Cathar to be put in.

The game is back up. The life robe is just a big solid red get-up. It's nothing new, and it's solid red. The new speeder is comically Christmas. To me, they have no value. My expectations were higher than this...

Guild ships with items you could purchase for guild member use. Everything you have on the fleet, and maybe then some. It gives the guild something to work for together. CoH had a great base system, if anyone wants an example. If they ever get this super space system in they're talking about it would be great to have the guild capital ships floating around the galaxy getting into wars, guildies scrambling fighters, and sending the enemy ship careening into the planet below. Sounds worth it to me.

Just putting my name down as someone else who wants dual spec. Saved quickbars are an important factor.

The prices are too high for me. The armor better be damn cool for that much, the rest doesn't seem worth it to me. The cartel shop and updates are especially disappointing with their habit of simply reskinning already existent models. I don't have to buy it, and as long as this is their standard, I wont. Hopefully once I see this robe I'm proved wrong, but unfortunately I don't have high hopes.

Unfortunately it seems like they're going to have to damn near rebuild the engine before they get anything useful out of it. You would think with the transfers/merges and now cartel coins they could work something out though..

This is another of many of these threads I've posted in. I'd like to see this and customizable guild ships/bases. Maybe if we spam enough they'll at least agree to work on it, or reveal that (hopefully) they already are.

I haven't tried the workaround, but I did get a good laugh. After reading through the thread I noticed mine is doing the same odd stuff as quite a few others, with 1MB increments of x.23 and such. I just happened to switch over and watched it deduct a megabyte right in front of me. My download speed has been fluctuating from around 30 KB/s up to almost 200 KB/s. My usual speeds are around 2MB/s. I've been trying to download this thing all day, and it doesn't even have any HK-51s to murder Cathars with. But at least when I get on I can look at our new paperweights in the galactic trade network on the fleet. Oh EAware, how you make me wish I could pay my subscription in cash so I could wipe my butt with it first.

The two extra RP-PVP servers were a knee jerk reaction to the opening week. Unfortunately I had the same knee jerk reaction as BW and now have a level 50 crying to be played on VZ. They should just merge the RP-PVP servers into 2, one west and one east. If I can't move this character I might just unsub until paid transfers come out...

I liked everything I saw, but the Cathars being the only new race is disappointing. That announcement did not include enough features to make me pay for it, so it either better have more or be free. Overall I'm looking forward to what was announced. One day I may even make a Cathar. But until then.. I'm going to express my disappointment in that race by mercilessly murdering every Cathar I see until a new non-purring race is released. Well, time to figure out which craft makes milk and tuna...
