  1. I like everything that has been stated in this thread, I agree that it's unlikely, but probable assuming 2019 rejuvenises the game. I do have a question, though, and admittedly I'm not a lore person so excuse me ignorance. But, necromancy sounds pretty similar to Darth Plagues's schtick? So, I'm just wondering if that wouldn't be the best path to take any, potential "hypothetical" new class?
  2. All I need is the wise crackin' scruffy lookin' Kai Zykken, he is all I ask for. Also, as a side note whenever I see Beryl Thorne, I instantly think of Bella Thorne. Their names are super similar, that is.
  3. I've never listened to an online lecture, or book. It really isn't that unheard of. There should probably be both options, for those that want to physically read it, even if the OP had taken the time to transcribe the main points.
  4. For example, I'm sure RPers could make use of these apartments. Think of them, like a mini SH, they take less to decorate, and probably to implement, too.
  5. It's cool, I don't think SJW enters into this discussion on account of it being fiction based, or it shouldn't. Maybe you should try tweeting Charles, you'd probably have better luck reaching him then you would on the forums and I think you have a wicked idea! Plus, he is the lore/story guy, who knows maybe he might even reply if the tweet gets enough attention and I'm sure it would!
  6. Honestly, I would rather a delay if it gives them more time to really make 2019-2020 their year. Heck, they might even have another 'round of subscriber rewards during the months on the lead up to 6.0, perhaps Republic and Empire specific rewards?
  7. I know the devs likely won't see this, but I'm wondering what the chances are of ever being able to have custom avvies on the forum?
  8. To defend them, how do you know that they named their character - after - one in-game, how do you know they didn't take the time with their character creation? They might be a roleplayer? but to say they don't care enough, I think, is assuming a little much.
  9. I think, if they undercut too close to your price, if it's an item that sells I wouldn't be too concerned because yours (general your) item - should - be picked up soon enough if it's the next lowest.
  10. I think, P2W at least in the sense where it really matters is only in regard to real money. I think, this is very different. I could be wrong, but I thought you could always buy higher end-game gear off the GTN, or at least the components to put into your armor shells yourself? I think there's nothing to worry about, especially because, I think, the CM is showing no signs of an inclination towards P2W where you gotta spend real money to actually get BiS gear. I like the CM, because for the most part it's purely cosmetic. Also, I think you should be able to buy it off the GTN, so more people can have the higher end-game gear which in turn might he helpful in trying to find groups. As for the exorbitant prices, I'm sure they would go down once no one buys, which will force the prices lower to a more affordable rate.
  11. I think undercutting is fine to do, even larger discounts are fine to an extent, within reason. I think, pricing should all be about the same without any excessively large dips in price.
  12. Not sure if you still need it but I resized the link provided to your specific dimensions. https://i.imgur.com/9QJMPNg.png As a side note, I kinda wonder why the forum doesn't allow us to post images?
  13. Can't say I have ever thought about this. I mean, as subscribers we get 500-600CC a month which means at the minimum of two months you have enough for at least one armor set. If you save, the CCs add up, so there are definitely work arounds if you're patient.
  14. I'd much rather private moments with the LIs, because well, who chooses what companions get recorded VO work over others? Like what has already been said, some actors cost more than others, and I think it's a little unrealistic to think that they all could return. I just don't think there's any fair way to determine who would/should have VO done.
  15. Wasn't the reward a tier system, I thought the chapter was the last reward and that you had to sub continuous and acquire the other rewards before you got the chapter... Or, that might have been Nico? And if the chapter was offered again, free, what's wrong with another promotion being offered? Edit: I understand wanting it to be free, who doesn't like free stuff? I'd just rather people actually support the game, and opening up a second promotion (for all subs) is the next best thing, and it doubles to fund the game.
  16. No. I could get behind it - maybe - being $10, but it definitely should not be a mere $5. If anything, it should be comparable to 6 months sub time. If you really want the bonus chapter, then you should be willing to pay for it, to support Bioware. Assuming you (general you) want to support Bioware. If not, then relaunch the event in its entirety, to allow those that didn't get it the first time the same requirements. But then, Bioware would also have to offer those subs that already have the chapter something of equal worth.
  17. This. Let them focus on 6.0, hopefully 6.0 will be a rebirth of sorts and EA decide to give them more funding. Then, we can revisit any idea of "revamping" the fleets, though, I don't really care about this either way. I'd much rather another, neutral faction, or even a class later down the road, hypothetically speaking.
  18. I don't care either way, but wouldn't it be better if they made this a common occurrence for "sub-rewards". I mean, like, A Theron/Lana bonus chapter, or perhaps involving one of the alliance contacts? Perhaps even with a bonus companion within the chapter itself. That way, the HK chapter can stay an exclusive reward, while giving another. ofc, this doesn't work if you like HK-55's character. But, it might work to make everyone happy on both sides of the argument.
  19. I volunteer as tribute! I'd just, need someone to actually supply the camera.
  20. let's say that an Imperial agent, or even Sith sided with the Republic. Those that defect, I find it hard to believe would continue to commit crimes against the Republic. Like, surely, a Sith wouldn't go away slaughtering people, because then why wouldn't (s)he just stay aligned to the Empire. Obviously, they had a change of heart. Obviously, though, they wouldn't be angels, but then I really doubt smugglers are.
  21. Personally: I'd rather the return of EmpvsRep, since that is in essence SW. In the future, and 2019 certainly might be the game's year of rebirth if 5.10 is any sign. EA, might eventually give it some funding and with that why might actually be able to get a legit third faction, maybe the err, Crimson Blade idr any pirate organizations off the top of my head, maybe a Hutt Cartel faction etc. I think that would be the much better option, to hold off in creating another faction as opposed to using the remnants of a broken alliance.
  22. But, I gotta ask. Why do you want 258s before you do story related things? 248s, or even 240s are more than enough to breeze through it, and even then it might be overkill.
  23. I think, this is a very real possibility. Maybe I'm a little too hopeful, but to me, there wasn't a definite "end" at the chapter's conclusion. It was left just kinda open. Sure, a whole lot of alliance personnel died, your alliance contacts might have even left/fled/died, but we never actually saw the alliance's complete and total destruction. I don't expect Charles to say anything about this, since anything he could say would basically be a spoiler. So, I think, they won't erase all of the work from the previous two chapters.
  24. Wouldn't that need whole new animations? But, even if it doesn't. What makes the classes unique, if they had the same battle animations?
