Like others have mentioned, it only seems to affect some of my abilities. Backhand, Smash, Force Scream, Crushing Blow, and Pommel Strike seem to get the "double take" effect every other time I activate them. Unlike others, I've never really had a problem with Ravage besides a few times having it play out the full animation even when the target dies halfway through. Usually though, it just ends when they die. After trying to activate my Backhand 3 times (and having it fail each time and having to wait for the GCD each time, all this with 35ms) I noticed that my character was fighting a bunch of ranged mobs and he was doing the block blaster bolts animation. I'm wondering if this animation was somehow canceling my Backhand. Or, of course, could be something else entirely or a whole host of reasons.
