Luke never deflected the force lightning in the film. He immediately went down. This isn't canon.

The new favorites of the Chaos Gods? Not really. The 40k universe already has tons of warriors and psykers who have been shown to be far more powerful than most Force users. The vast majority of the Sith would end up being small-time minions lost in the infinite ranks of Chaos. Nothing more. A typical Space Marine is more than a match for a Force user on the level of a seasoned Jedi Knight. And they have access to weapons that can cut through pretty much anything as well, so the Lightsaber isn't that impressive. Also, Dark Side insanity is nothing compared to the reality-r@ping insanity of the Warp. I'd say a lot of those Sith are probably gonna sh*t their pants in agonizing horror when they get a small taste of Chaos. Again, the Sith are not that scary when compared the forces of Chaos. Certainly not scary enough to rise to daemonhood status. To say that they would have no problem crushing entire legions of traitor Space Marines and even the Primarch demigods is, quite simply, laughable. I find it highly unlikely the Force would be able to do anything to the Warp.

It has been established for years that the EU was set in an alternate universe that wasn't canon in Lucas' Star Wars. The new storyline was shaped by some of Lucas' ideas apparently, so it's not really a huge surprise that it won't follow the EU. Still, I doubt that it will be live action. The main actors are too old now. No way they're gonna be able to bring back Carrie Fisher. Most likely gonna be cgi with some of the main cast voice acting.

Actually, Lucas was the one who allowed Fett to return in the EU. And no, when Lucas says things like he was "killed" and "dead", he kinda means DEAD. It doesn't matter what is said in the film about 1,000 year digestion. There are still many ways someone can die after falling, being swallowed by a big monster and then having a massive hovercraft explode on top of that monster. We don't know exactly how Fett died, but he DID die at some point in the Sarlacc. The creator of universe confirmed it. More than once. What you seem to not understand about the EU novels is that they are set in a seperate continuity. A "parallel universe" is what Lucas says. This has also been clearly stated several times by him and staff (Chee included). Fett did die in RotJ. His survival in the EU's alternate history is irrelevant to the films. You should probably do a little more research on the subject before you start insulting people's intelligence. Kthx.

Lucas and his employees have made it very clear that Fett died in the film. He didn't climb out.

I see this scene brought up a lot, and it's a pretty bad example of good accuracy. Like you said, they were all just hip spraying into a tight hallway packed with rebels. Most of their shots missed. Hell, we see a trooper shooting into the ceiling at one point. Nothing impressive here at all.

Are the jedi right before order 66 weaker than SWTOR jedi? Probably. Force users from SW are much weaker than the Force users from the EU alternate universe.

So wrong. Like Paeris said, the supernovas were the byproducts of the war in the Continuum. They don't kill Q. Please show me this evidence that the Celestials were equal to the Q. The Celestials weren't even on the level of the Douwd, who can do things like instantly erase entire space faring civilizations from existence with a mere thought. Or Trelane's race, who are able to create entire planets, move them around, re-arrange the structure of matter nearly instantly, reshape environments and generate complex and powerful energy fields on mental command. The Q can do all this and travel to any point in space or time (like before the Big Bang), alter the size of any object (like reducing starships to subatomic proportions), create realities, change the constants of the universe, etc etc. All they have to do is think it and it happens. The Celestials aren't that impressive in comparison.

I would say the Federation advances FAR faster than the Republic/Empire in technology. Time ships were being used by the Federation as early as the 26th century. Some of their vessels are also beyond transwarp by this point. They can fold space and are exploring other galaxies besides the Milky Way. - TNG: “A Matter of Time” / Ent: “Azati Prime”. By the 29th century, they possess incredible technologies that allow them to monitor different timelines, alter the timelines with time ships and temporal transporters (capable of beaming an individual to virtually any point in space and time) and protect themselves from these changes with temporal sensors and shielding. Entire classes of time ships are being built. - VOY: “Future's End”, “Relativity” By the 31st century, Federation technology has become so advanced that they’re able to create ships that are larger on the inside than on the outside. Think TARDIS. Time travel is so common that Federation teaches kids how to build devices that send messages through time in high school. I think it's ridiculous that someone would just pick up and leave if same sex relationships were implemented. In this game, you can choose to execute an entire group of POWs by firing squad. You can mercilessly choke a civilian and then snap his neck with the force. You can own a slave and treat them like crap. You can cheat, lie, steal and murder if you want. But, OH NO!!! The reason why there hasn't been more movies is because there is no story after RotJ. That is where the Star Wars story ends.

No. Even after Lucas approved Fett's return in the alternate universe, he continued to say Fett was killed in RotJ. It doesn't matter that we never saw Fett die in the film or that it wasn't in the script. Lucas confirmed his death. No door has been left open. Fett died in the movie.

Yea. I agree with ReiKai. These battle aren't going to be very interesting since SW characters would be totally destroyed by the majority of characters from DC/Marvel. The most powerful SW characters would barely have a chance against even the low-mid tier superheroes/villains from the comics. Also, Deadpool would crush the Fetts with ease.

I'm not entirely sure who would win between Superman and Darkseid, but both Luke and Sidious are killed or incapacitated very quickly once this battle begins. Superman and Darkseid far outclass the two Force users. If I had to choose, I'd say that Darkseid defeats Superman after an extremely close fight.
