  1. I'm not that poster but I relate to him. I play a sage and in last nights pvp for instance I kept on getting attacked by the same mara. I have 1k in expertise and 14k hit points and every attack was the same. I'm stuned, he leaps at me and hits, I'm unstunned I hit for my force bubble, I'm stunned, he wacks me, I hit stun breaker, he wacks me and I'm dead. Three smacks and I'm dead before I could even hit him with something. Same thing with the Sniper/operators or whatever they are called on imp side, It's like stunned, I get knifed and lose a 1/4 of my health, target the player and try to stun them and I get tossed on my back and attacked again, life is down to 1/4, I try to slow and get stunned again, i'm dead. I'm stunned the entire time and last 4 to 6 seconds. I don't think it's the expertise, I just think that alot of classes aren't balanced correctly. I can toss everything I have at some classes and they outheal my damage, and that's throwing everything I"ve got at them. Some classes need to be toned down and some need to be buffed up. I think it's just a matter of class balance, not expertise or not knowing how to play, although that could be part of it too, but when your spending the majority of the time stuned and unable to attack back, what are you suppose to do?
  2. That exact same thing happened to me last night in a warzone, alderaan. We should have won but we received the lost message instead of the win message. The only warzone for the night that should have been a win we lost, so I still have yesterday's daily on me after 3 hours of pvp'ing Hope they get it fixed now that I know it wasn't a fluke!
  3. I saw it twice yesterday, both times a sage because it's hard to miss the pebbles flying at me and bolders flying at me instead of away from me. It was very upsetting because on both warzones we started the game outnumber and finished the game outnumbered in one of them. I hope your right and it is a bug.
  4. I am aware of that but that's not my point. My point is why on earth would they take a republic player to FILL an empire slot when the republic team is HALF EMPTY! It just doesn't make sence. They should have put the republic player in the republic team. The republic team would still have been out numbered but not as badly. the way they are filling the teams gives all the advantage to the empire team every time because the system is filling that team first to cap, then putting the rest of the players into republic. which SUCKS
  5. Did alot of PvPing last night but couldn't believe what I saw in two of the warzones, not hutballs, and seriously, I just couldn't believe what I saw. Both games where outnumbered from the start, 5 to 8 first match and 4 to 8 second match. On both of these matches I (republic player) came across a sage (playing Empires side) throwing pebbles and boulders at me! Wait a minute, does this mean that BW is filling the empire's team first with Empire players, and when there aren't enough they fill the holes with republic players and then they start working on filling in the republic team? The game could of been a 6v7 or a 5v7 which isn't as bad but common this is *********** rediculous!!!! And this happened twice! Why are they filling with oposite faction players when the same faction needs that player????
  6. I didn't get a chance to play last night but from what I'm reading it doesn't sound good. However, from what I'm reading it sounds that the biggest problem is not the loosing part itself but the people leaving the match when they see they can't win. This puts the loosing team in even a worse situation. The people that stick it out should be given a chance to 'turn the tide' of the battle, but they can't do that if they are being steamrolled like I have been reading through the boards at a 4 to 8 disadvantage. Perhaps an idea, which the winning side will really hate, are forcefields like in Voidstar. If a team starts with only X number of players, the forcefield on the opposing team side will only allow the first X amount players through. When one of them dies then another person can run through the field. If the other team gains another player then the force field will allow one extra player through. This will allow the matches to be fair, 4 on 4 or 5 on 5. I know no one wants to be standing behind a forcefield but it's really the only way to get a truly fair warzone match where both sides have a fair chance. As it stands now, on my server, out of 10 warzones, the republic will normally win 1, but I'm still putting in 3 hours of my time. This time should be rewarded, otherwise I don't see a reason to PvP with my republic toons and will probably just roll an imp so I can progress and feel as if I'm actually getting something for my time and efforts. You guys have to remember it's just a game, however, we do put real life time behind it and we would like to see something for that time. It's not my fault that on my server the republic is always loosing. I can't stop that by myself, especially when on my server, most games start at a 5v8 for the first two minutes of the game, so the republic almost always start at a disadvantage.
  7. Thanks everyone for the great feedback. I guess I'll stick it out on my server until 1.2 comes out and hope for the best. Thanks again for the info
  8. I don't want this to be a 'so and so is overpowered' thread. My question is simple, in your pvp matches on your server, what is your win/loss ratio? I play republic on the krayt Dragon (Spelling?) server and in a 3 hour window of PvPing the republic will normally win one, maybe two battles. I have had nights with no wins at all. I know that a 3 hour window to play is not much for some of you but between work/wife/kids, that's more then what I should be putting in. It took me two weeks to complete the weekly. Anyone playing republic having better results on their win/loss ratio? if so, could you post your server please so I can check it out, prefer Eastern server. Thanks in advance everyone.
  9. I know some people out there are using hacks. last night's hutball I saw it firsthand. four of us where pounding on one guy with the ball, we stuned him over the fire and we where throwing everything we had at him, and he did not go down in health at all! Fire plus 4 people attacking him, full health the entire time till he scored, then all of a sudden we where able to damage him. That has to be a hack. a couple of nights ago two of us where covering a door in voidstar and we saw a bomb put into place but no one standing there. we where facing the door, and saw no one, yet a bomb was placed, then I got attacked from behind by a shadow. The hacks out there suck.
