I will say what I said once before: bolster must stay below 60, but in 60 bracket we dont need it. what we need is recruit gear with smaller main n sec stats than current tier 1 but with 2018 expertise. recruit gear could not be exchanged for credits and would be moddable so anyone can have their look's expertise check when queing would be mandatory, so if you got pve gear, you cannot que and play wz's simple what do You think?
