My only gripe are the arena weeklies, and since you need 25 of them to get the last 6 points of 20 it's gonna be really grindy, if instead the final chievo gave 1-2 tokens instead of 5 and the 25 wz/arena weeklie/medals gave 2 each if would be better imho, now you are forced to grind both WZ and Arenas if you want to buy a 20 token reward at the end of the season.
  2. The bolster not working can be easily seen on HP, Im with mates in full 332, even with 300 augments you're not getting getting your HP above 410k, meanwhile I've seen some 340 geared boys running around at 316-320k hp as full dps with mastery stim

  4. It is fine on repside, only about 1-2 true Regstar PvP guilds but that is really all you need

So unforunately they fixed the most broken DCD in the game (for those who dont know you were able to click off your stacks to get insta healed and the stacks would be building up again from 0-5 so as long as you were being attacked while under your Tactical Armor/Energy Yiled you were immortal). The fix however is very meh because now you have to wait 15 seconds before you get the heal, this is specially annoying when youre playing with the Supercommando package since you are forced to pop it while at high health otherwise you are forced to use your other DCDs to survive the 15 secs. This prevents you from fully utilizing the absorb shield from Supercommando, because you will rarely be targetted and bursted on if there is another target nearby with lower health. I would prefer if you could still click it off, but you would get no further buildup of the stacks or to make it activate by itself automatically if your health drops below lets say 20%. That would make you use the cooldowns smarter at low health than just pressing it off cooldown 24/7 like it is now.

On my tank I went from 400K HP to 365k HP so I was like ok, what is the point of running full mitigation then (since endurance is the best tanking stat in pvp) and switched to skank gear with crit and alac, I join WZ, check my stats and my crit is 800 lower and my alac is 400 lower, therefore missing the threshold for 1.4 GCD. I rage quitted and uninstalled on the spot

Im playing with Shock Trooper, which gives you 10% damage increase on Heat Blast (cannot occur more than once in 30 seconds), with 15 seconds cooldown on Heat Blast you have 50% uptime on this so its alright, it also gives you alacrity so with some alacrity augments you might be able to reach decent alacrity here to have 1.4s GCDs. For PvP I will try to get full dps on 326 for skank tanking since the cleave should be rather strong as usual and with Infused Kolto Packs/Energy Yield you are almost impossible to kill.

I tried playing with the channeled flamethrower a bit in PvP and quickly went back to the instant Firestorm, its just so mucheasier to get multiple people with it when its instant than having to cast it and needing everyone to stay in it for the whole duration, especially with melee classes like marauders or other PTs zipping about 24/7.
  10. I dont know who in their right mind would buy 316 from the vendor, you open the chests from weeklies and upgrade what you get. Sure if you only PvP on one toon and only PvP it can take a while, but if you combine it with lets say flashpoints you will be geared in no time. I did MM Flashpoints and PvP Weeklies on 2 characters and have some 326,324 and 322 pieces, next week I can easily get to all purple 326 from PvP. What you can do is save your weekly pvp chests and get your item rating up with conquest or flashpoint gear, then when youre up there in the 324s and 326s you can pop the chest and get 324 or 326 piece purple pvp gear directly which only needs 1 upgrade or no upgrade at all.

Despite many specs clearly being downgraded in 7.0 the Vang/PT tank got a major upgrade in basically being immortal while your Infused Kolto Packs/Energy Yield is up and this improved the self sustain tremendously, Supercommando implant makes it even better and grapple for allies is super useful, especially in PvP. Really a major improvement compared to 6.0 and props to BioWare on this !
