  1. You don't have to have your own guild planet, you could just have an instanced guild base on one of the existing worlds. This could be done the same for player housing if it's ever implemented.
  2. Whilst SWG may've been a sandbox MMO, not all worlds were actually sandbox such as Kashyyyk and I think Mustafar. I wouldn't mind seeing at least one world which is sandbox or at least has sandbox elements, that's if it is possible.
  3. What I think they could is that when getting killed in a PVP world zone is to have less gear durability lost. Obvious in most cases, when dying in a PVP world zone it's due to the actions of another player which is generally unavoidable. This is why I think at least in PVP world zones the gear durability is reduced extremely less when killed in one of these areas, and that includes Outlaw's Den.
  4. But romance has never been an issue, only to those who think it is. Helmets are an issue but something which can eventually be overcome, like with Twi'leks.
  5. Acquiring pets through the Cartel Market has been an interesting part of the experience. There are different kinds which would be great to collect and have follow you. There are still many creatures in the Star Wars universe which could become a potential pet and maybe become found in one of the different packs which you can purchase. Granted it would be nice to have a couple which you can acquire from either a vendor or as a reward from completing a series of missions which would help bring more incentives for players to keep visiting different worlds rather than just staying on the Fleet all day. For now, I could at least suggest that any creature that comes from a world which is currently explorable to be available outside of the Cartel Market. Those which do come from one of the current featured worlds I've noted with the name of their world next to it. Here's the current list of potential pets: *Abafar bug *Butcherbug *Corellian butterfly (Corellia) *Flewt *Gorg (Tatooine) *Korrina *Leaf-tail *Mooka *Mupple *Myrmin (Belsavis) *Pikobi *Skib *Strill *Tessellated Arboreal binjinphant *Trooshti (Tatooine) Any other creatures which you'd like to see added, suggest them in the thread and they'll hopefully be added.
  6. Well that's really up to the Human or the Wookiee / Jawa. But they can't speak basic, that's why they would need subtitles. It wouldn't be hard to substitute the player's dialogue with Shyriiwook and it would probably cost hardly any money to do. There could be a small disclaimer for when selecting the species stating that the selection is unable to speak basic so they'll be talking in their native language with subtitles automatically displayed to help players understand and enjoy the story.
  7. This was never an issue to begin with, just something that a few players complained about. There have been examples of interspecies relationships in Star Wars lore: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Wedding_of_Nrin_Vakil_and_Koyi_Komad (Quarren and Twi'lek) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Jackar_Bowmani and http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Letta_Turmond (Abyssin and Human) Wookiees could potentially become playable, there are different ways they could implement them. They could work the same as with other species, but their dialogue would be substituted with their language and subtitles can be activated to understand them.
  8. We already have the group finder which helps find players for flashpoints (dungeons) and operations (raids). I'd like to be able to place multiple stacks on the GTN all at once rather than individually. Also I'd like to be able to post the name of the current item instantly into the GTN search box rather than just manually typing it, especially if it's a long name. Like in TSW and WOW, I'd like to see a barber shop and cosmetic service available but not as a cartel unlock. Free to subscribers but probably with limited options for F2Ps and prefered status players.
  9. Having played the game for some time, I've noticed that many of the worlds currently explorable are missing much of its native fauna and flora which have been established as part of the lore in numerous source material. What's a surprise is that other creatures from other worlds not currently explorable in the game have become wide spread but we haven't seen hide nor hair of the native locales. Hopefully in time we may see them added to interact with, kill or maybe gain as some sort of collectable. Here's a current list of the things missing from the worlds: Alderaan http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Alderaan_furry_moth http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Dainty_creature Balmorra http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Balmorran_metal_parasite Belsavis http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mluki It's strange that not even that Belsavis' native sentient species is anywhere to be seen. Hopefully in a feature update we'll be able to travel to a Mluki settlement who may offer missions and other tasks. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Frog (no current established illustration) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Hoverbird (no current established illustration) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Kretch_insect http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mookla (no current established illustration) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Myrmin http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Peeper (no current established illustration) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Phosphor_bug (no current established illustration) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Pittin (no current established illustration) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Skreeker (no current established illustration) Corellia Currently, players are confined to Coronet city but once the outside locations become explorable, they could add any of the native fauna and flora. Some could be added to Coronet Zoo which is currently available. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Species_of_Corellia Korriban http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Zuguruk Any other native creatures which you've noticed are missing, post in the thread and I'll try to add them.
  10. Whether Gungans are highly active during this time is debatable. Approx 300 years before the events of SWTOR, a Gungan was seen attending a swoop battle match on Jervo's World: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gungan#Gungans_in_the_galaxy I think it's safe to say some Gungans have made it off-world, plus Naboo has already been known to the wider galaxy for some time now as it was mentioned in an Imperial Agent / Bounty Hunter mission, and presumably currently ruled by a Queen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8xf7OXQh1c&feature=player_detailpage#t=44s Currently also a civil war is happening there between its human settlements and the Gungans. The Gungan style dance doesn't have to be just performed by Gungan individuals, there's nothing that currently says it can't be learned by other people. I think it would be acceptable as an unlockable emote.
  11. Wait till either Carida, Dagobah, Duro, Kessel or Resh 9376 becomes explorable: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Combat_arachnid http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Knobby_white_spider http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Cannibal_arachnid http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Energy_spider http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Nadir_spider and the secoond isn't a spider but, it's strange why they didn't add these two to Belsavis: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Kretch_insect http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Myrmin
  12. Updating the list of potential worlds which can become explorable in the game: 244Core Alpheridies Benja-Rihn Bespin Bonadan Bothawui Boz Pity Brentaal IV Byss Carida Cato Neimoidia Chandrila Cholganna Columus Commenor Csilla Dac Dagobah Dantooine Dathomir Dellalt Dxun Empress Teta Endor Eriadu Felucia Gall Gamorr Genarius Geonosis Haruun Kal The Home Iego Kalakar Six Kalimahr Kamino Kashyyyk Keeper's World Kessel Lehon Lok Lotho Minor M4-78 Malachor V Malastare Manaan Mandalore Mortis Mustafar Mygeeto Myrkr Naboo Necropolis Onderon Ossus Oricon Orvax IV Peragus II Phelarion Prakith Ralltiir Resh 9376 Rhen Var Rodia Roon Ryloth Saleucami Shikaakwa Shola Sleheyron Sullust Taloraan Talus Tarnoonga Telos IV Thule Thyferra Tyne's Horky Umbara Utapau Varl Vo Dasha Volik Yavin 4 Yavin 8 Zaloriis Ziost A thread explaining about each world, their relevance during this period and how they could be presented can be found here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=212256
  13. I don't really mind whether they add Gungan style into the game or not as it's part of the lore. As a cartel unlock, only people who'd want it will purchase it. Presumably they could alter the dance a bit so it doesn't resemble too close to the real-world Gangnam style. Here: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gungan_Style
  14. Lets first see both Pazaak and Sabacc implemented into the game and then could we see booster packs available on the Cartel Market. I think booster packs would definitely help bring a profit for the game. Additionally both games would help preoccupy most players between the wait for each update. They could allow for ranked matches and tournaments.
  15. A gender change option I think may be a bit hard. Since companions are currently not romancable with both genders, I'm not sure how it would affect them after getting married to them. However if a gender change option is possible, I don't think it should be made through the Cartel Market but via an additional paid service on the site.
  16. The dance could be slightly altered but still remain kind of the same.
  17. Well that's your opinion, but the fact is until they officially say it's non-canon, we will have to have to accept it as canon. Back on topic, I'm alright with seeing Gungan style in the game but not Gangnam style seeing as it's not Star Wars related.
  18. Since Gungan style is now a part of Star Wars canon, I think that's acceptable enough to include in the game: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gungan_Style Gangnam style on the other hand isn't part of Star Wars, so no.
  19. I agree, I'd like to see some animal mounts obtainable from various vendors or missions. Perhaps Tauntauns, Banthas, Dewbacks, Eopies, Reeks, Kybucks, Rancors, Kaadu, Orray and Rontos could be available to any player whilst other more exotic types can be purchasable through the Cartel Market.
  20. Yes, having any of the playable species' homeworlds could allow for missions which are exclusive to them. Though there would be still missions which are available to all species and classes, there can be others which are available to those whose homeworld it is and could feature rewards and items which are easily accessible to them. Whilst Humans presumably originated from Coruscant, they could have either a new area of the world for them or another world which views humans as superior compared to other species. For Cyborgs, they could have a world where individuals with cybernetics retreat to from prejudice. For the Sith Purebloods, whilst their original homeworld is Korriban, they later adopted Ziost as one of their new homes. Additionally, introducing the companion's homeworlds could allow to expand further the companion missions. Worlds in the Coruscant system and Dromund system which can become potentially visitable are: Coruscant system *Vandor-3 *Coruscant -Centax-1 -Hesperidium *Improcco -Frozen Moon of Improcco In the Dromund system, apart from Dromund Kaas, Kalakar Six is currently the only other potential candidate, that is until more information about the other worlds of the system are revealed. However, expanding out into the Sith Worlds sector, they could introduce Begeren, Ch'hodos, Khar Delba, Khar Shian, Korriz, Krayiss Two, Rhelg and Ziost.
  21. Seeing as most animals wouldn't be able to match the in-game speed of 110%, I think it's safe to say and would be viewed upon as acceptable if they only reached speeds of either 90% or 100%, depending on the type of animal. Here's a list of animals which I think would be great to become mountable: *Bantha *Blurrg *Bordok *Dewback *Eopie *Foonar *Equss (Horse) *Kaadu *Kashyyyk bantha *Kybuck *Jaboon *Lava flea *Maru *Mogo *Orray *Rancor *Reek *Rockhopper *Tauntaun *Tybis *Varactyl *Vroom Rancors have been known to become mountable, some future examples include the Nightsisters and Malakili during Jabba's Demolition games. In addition, what-if some animal mounts were able to travel at different speeds depending on the environment? A Tauntaun could be slow on Tatooine because of the heat but fast on Hoth because of the cold. If the possibility is there, I hope not all would be only available through the Cartel Market. At least some could be available to most players from vendors or farmers.
  22. Bumping thread to help generate some dicussion.
  23. Yes seeing as Barber shops and Cosmetic surgeons in TSW and WOW are freely accessible to subscribers, it would really alienate players if they made it a cartel unlock. If they want to still compete with other MMOs, making both free to access for subscribers would be a wise move. They could however for F2Ps and prefered players have them either purchasable to access or still free to visit but with limited options to customize their character.
  24. They've said whilst they may include it in the future, it's currently not one of their top priorities.
  25. Also they just introduced another who speaks basic in the Clone Wars series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vt5ItOAVI8c&feature=player_detailpage#t=207s http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Borkus Just like Darth Tenebrous: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Rugess_Nome
