  1. How many times can you click (1) the same person's referral link and (2) other people's links? If I am already subscribed, why would I not click on everyone's links all the time?

  3. mail and kiosk are already available through legacy unlock, but I think that limited options should be available for free, and the cost for extra should be lowered. I def would like to see more customization for my ship, even if i'm the only one who ever sees it!
  4. This. The kids would have to be invincible NPCs or else the rating of the game becomes AO and most retailers would refuse to sell it. So it would be fine for just background or quest-givers, but dev time is better spent on models that have more flexibility or just other areas in general.
  5. I would like for all companions to be smart enough to move out of AoE. Breaking CC just takes a little preparation to avoid like above posters have mentioned. I haven't had any problems leveling with companions as Ops, Sorc, or Ptech, but now that I have 5th companion melee tank on my Sentinel I have to break after almost every fight. None of his other companions give me trouble. I have plenty of presence with the Human legacy unlock + 11 max affection companions across my legacy, but Sent doesnt use stims or food (has all class buffs though). I think it's more my playstyle and being too lazy to micromanage, so I deserve it. However, I'm not able to ever bring myself to use heroic moment even though I have 3 class legacies to use. I use Unity often, but never Sacrifice, Heroic Moment, or that one that gives me 99% for 5 seconds (that one I simply forget I have since it's not on my main quickslots - should prolly place it near medpac so I remember). OP: just FYI that is not the optimal DPS rotation. For normal groups, should probably start by casting a Chain Lightning then just force storm and hope Chain Lightning gets and insta-proc. Dont need to bother with DoTs on standard or weak. But silvers, start with Crushing Darkness then use Affliction T-blast and Lightning or L. Strike.
  6. I don't even want it for Cather, just would be nice to make more blue Chiss, as long as I don't lose the Twilek Species unlock when I change my char from Twilek to Chiss...
  7. I add my support. More colors in general would be nice, darker hues especially.
  8. Companions should be able to use turrets, too! The Guild Ships, I believe, are already underway but likely to take a long time and be in a full-fledged expansion costing money. I have no proof, but that's just the sentiment I get.
  9. I don't PVP much endgame anymore because of expertise bull. Pre-50 I could top charts at any level just playing well, but at 50 it's just STUNLOCK + GEAR = SUCCESS. "Real PVPers" claim since they (have more free time to) spend days just grinding warzones for gear that means they've "earned" having a huge unfair (def more than the "10%" promised pre-launch) advantage over those in lower PVP gear. As an endgame PVE person in 4/5 Campaign, I should be able to PVP a little for fun and be able to compete at least with T2 PVP gear, especially seeing as the BM gear is in many cases BETTER than T3 Rakata for PVE. I don't see how making it easier for more people to enjoy PVP by lessening reliance on expertise somehow ruins PVP for "hardcore PVPers." I endgame PVE for fun social experience of working together; the gear is just a nice extra. I would like it all to be based more on skill...

I think in the next big patch they should let the Empire and Republic join forces for the good of the galaxy and eliminate PVP except for duels and warzones since they are just for sport, anyway. I think that opens a lot more options for STORY which is more important than being mean and fighting. I think it would really help make endgame more fun if I could group and raid with chars on other faction. Make crafting and GTN better as well. Just kidding. I want to lay siege to Coruscant and kill the new Supreme Chancellor over and over again. But it's not going to happen, like ever :,(
  12. General Grievous was basically naked except for a cape. Rancor's handler was fat and hairy chested. Darth Maul in comics I think was shirtless meditating. Ewoks only wore a hood. Sebulba was basically sans pants. I agree with having more customization options, especially since blue Chiss and green Mirialan skin are more interesting than most of the appearances and colors available now.
  13. I favor having more options to customize characters, and would like ability to change post-creation (probably a whole different thread). For the list of species, I think Mon Calamari, Selkath, Advozse and Selonians belong somewhere, but they may be with Duros as far as being "too inhuman for players to project themselves into and relate to" or some such a dev said prelaunch. Species with tails might be too cumbersome to redesign armors and movements for etc. I've always liked short species like Ugnaught but can understand how it would be unfair in PVP. While some really cool species like Voss or Droids might not make sense as a level 1 character with a whole story, I think they could work kind of like the Death Knight was a Hero Class that started at level 55 and didn't have a complete story. Or maybe not even make them a creatable character exactly, but allow us to "possess" or control one just for a quest area or something fun. Or even just give us the option to directly control our companion for a special quest. Maybe in the expansion World Arc our PC can be abducted and one of the companions has to rescue. It would be really fun, but difficult from standpoint of "what if I can't finish the quest and rescue hero quickly enough to do X happening later tonight." I guess make it an instance you can cancel and restart from any point?
  14. I agree with both being Legacy wide. Social points are supposed to represent how you as a player interact with other players - definitely should not matter which character if they are all the same player. I can almost understand why Valor would be separate since PVPing on each character is a different experience to grind and earn, but I highly doubt you can successfully play one class to Valor 50 and not understand enough about the other classes that would warrant having to grind the other class valor up as well.
  15. This is in the 1000 Papercuts thread several times, but I do believe it also deserves its own thread. This idea needs to happen very quickly, and honestly don't see how we have anything in the Legacy system already and not this. Would be like the first obvious thing to work on when Legacy was dreamed up.
  16. I agree. Even going between two adjacent taxi spots can be annoyingly not a straight path. The turns might make sense if they had cool animations of mobs chasing you and forcing you off course, but nope. You just do loops for fun it seems. Also don't see the point in having to pay for taxis. Not that it's expensive, but if I'm a Dark Council member, I highly doubt mr taxi driver is going to dare charge me money to take me where I need to go. There are just so many money sinks in this game!

Especially tired of having to remap keybinds on every new alt I make. i haven't had time to read every comment yet, but i super agree with reducing/removing credit cost of mod extraction. Customization should be fun, not a grind that reduces potential profits for crafters. A big giant papercut - World Arcs not being able to be picked up again if accidentally dropped. Or even just repeated for fun. HUGE issue when the Voss datacron is linked to one such quest. I don't even understand what in the coding makes World Arcs special that they cant be picked up again, but FIX IT. I am definitely on board with more and better legacy options: cheaper single character options or just let it apply to whole legacy - I have never had a problem of having too many credits and wishing for more sinks. A shared Cargo Hold and Wallet would be great, Codex even better, especially for datacrons! And shared Social Rank definitely. Valor Rank I can understand not being shared but would still be cool. Share titles that aren't linked to class story. Pets and vehicles I would like shared, but can understand from crafting position why vehicles might not be. When races unlock, I wanna be able to use the Racial social skill from other toons too (SW punish!). I would like Schematics to be shared across legacy, or even better have the ability to create an actual Schematic item that can be BoE traded, so I switch which of my toons is which craft with less penalty. Kind of a random idea, but it would be fun if I could get like a family photo type screen shot of all my characters. Don't know how it could be done, but maybe a Legacy Room you could log into where you could switch among controlling each of your toons and move them around to position where you want. Could unlock different settings or backdrops for the room. Or just make it one of my ships. Perhaps the room could also include a hairstylist/geneticist who will let me change looks instead of being locked after character creation. Maybe even allow me to change species to one I unlocked after the toon was originally created? I would like the option to pay to have something go from BoP to Legacy bind. I understand why it shouldn't be automatic - i don't want people in flashpoints rolling on stuff for alts. But endgame when mains are geared and it would be acceptable to gear up alts but they aren't yet geared enough to run it on the alt itself, let me be able to transfer loot somehow. Another Legacy idea could be letting me summon companions from my other characters (could faction-lock if needed), or at least send them on crafting missions without having to log into each. I want companion affection to be able to display before I pick conversation options like you can choose to display LS/DS. It's really tedious to have to replay conversations 4 times per character trying to min/max affection when I have 5 characters... Again, I'm not rolling in credits, so I can't afford enough gifts for 20+ companions. Dual Spec would be a nice legacy unlock. Not the stupid in-field paid respec, but just being able to change between 2 full specs easily - NOT respec AC. Games like pazaak and speeder racing I am not interested in myself, but think it would greatly improve the overall atmosphere of the game. I think it would be fun to make my BH companions race each other on speeders. Multiplayer space missions. Or just more fun space missions in general. And fix the stupid mine level. I hate that you only get like 2.5 passes at the mine layer at the very end of a friggin long mission! I want options to customize my ship's looks, interior and exterior. Also why does that door for escape pod exist? I want to be able to dance with all my companions at once, or at least have them move around the ship and interact in some way. There should also be more dance emotes unlockable through legacy. A jukebox on your ship that doesnt require tokens. Cages or tanks to keep all my pets out in my ship. A mural of my class story on the walls of my room in the ship. Trophies of the Epic Enemies i've defeated on that character. Or put these things in Legacy Room idea so i can see all the class stories painted around the room. Maybe even all the companions, too. I would like an option to sort codex by relative time event happened or person met instead of alphabetically, so i can kind of refresh on class story if i've been on an alt for too long. I've seen a couple comments wanting Day and Night cycle. While I agree it would be cool, I remember from pre-launch the dev comments about how lighting was an issue for storytelling and making it pretty etc so the majority of planet will be static. However, I thought they had said that there would at least be a few zoned instances where you do a certain quest at night or at different times from normal planet, but after leveling 4 toons I can't recall a single exterior quest zone that differed temporally from the rest of the planet. Perhaps a weak opinion, but I think it's silly that Sniper Rifles and Assault Cannons with same mods do more damage than Blaster Rifles. I understand why Snipers should out DPS operatives, but I just bought the Bind to Legacy Bowcaster I wanted for my Commando then realized that even after shelling out way too many credits to transfer mods, it would be worse than an Assault Cannon (which i dont believe any of the bowcastes are assault).
  18. Also, the design of the minefield missions is horrible. Make you go through 5/7 of the mission before you ever see the mine layer, then give you only 2.5 passes at it. I couldnt do it with the "suggested" level of ship upgrades. Had to go back at much higher level
  19. It is on par with Second Best PVE gear. Rakata. Right before Campaign. However, Campaign is behind WH by more than the bottom tier of PVP. Bottom. In case this continues to be confusing: WH ~ second best in PVE >>> Campaign not even bottom tier in PVP
  20. Maybe this is true if the rest of your guild also just hit 50. But I literally did hit 50 on one of my alts and did Nightmare EV that night (even downed my council member just fine) before I even did any HM flashpoints. I wasn't in scrub PVP gear though, I was in scrub PVE. I don't remember the stats exactly, but I doubt it would make a difference. You cannot ignore that buying Recruit gear for PVP is still an imbalance vs needing to buy nothing to step into endgame PVE
  21. Yes. Because currently it is imbalanced in the sense that WH gear is on par PVE-wise with tier 3 Rakata. Not noob gear, tier 1, or tier 2. Tier 3. PVE. Get it yet? No? Imagine if you spent all your time doing PVP pre-1.2 while I just did PVE, exclusively. You got the best gear available for PVP and I got the best PVE gear available. Then 1.2 hits. I've been practicing PVE and let's pretend they removed lockouts, so I'm able to complete the next tier more quickly than you are. I get 1.2 PVE gear, then waltz into PVP and am able to perform just as well as someone who was dedicated to PVP before. You and your PVP buddies try to raid but can't get past first boss. You're telling me right now that this situation would be fair? Why?
  22. I agree. Previously I had thought maybe share the codex entries (with exp) including datacrons when you land on each planet or when you get class Q for the planet, but your level-gated idea seems much better!
