I always appreciate people who upload videos even if the quality is not up to some peoples expectations. I will say every time I watch a Sorc video of any sort it just reaffirms how broken and stupid easy the class is. Escape at will, bubble heal, and the list goes on. Go play a Sent with no pocket healer, now that would be funny. Notice not a marauder since the likely hood is you'll have a healer with so many damn sorcs around.

On Pot5 from Pub perspective every morning eastern time there are several imp guilds that premade in regs and it's easy mode. Then late afternoon, early evening same thing. Because of this happening most of the WZ's that do pop for pub are often 3 capped so fast that many of the players just drop out which puts us further behind. The main reason according to them? They don't want to waste there time fighting premades that should be in ranked. If I switch at the same time to my Imp toons it's just pathetic as now as a solo queue player I'm in with the premades and the results are the same. Quick and easy and boring match. This is a dieing game as a Imp it's mostly against Imp and as a Pub it's mostly against premades as our pop is so low and always half that or better than the imps. Usually I just log in on monday get my weekly accomplished in 7 or 8 matches. Then go to Pub for rest of week trying to stomach the long haul of 14 or 15 matches just to accomplish m weekly. Now on my Pub toons I have started to attack these same individuals that queue in the solo as a premade in OPvP. Turns out they suck alone without the perfect comp or coordination that TS provides. Gotta find my fun somewhere.

Yeah the sad thing is my other main when game came out is a shadow. I've played it as a serenity shadow recently to see if it's as everyone is saying and the class is complete cheese. I get frustrated on my Sent and log out. I get bored on my Shadow. I fear nothing on my Shadow whether focused or not. On the Sent I try to be last one into a fight and it's still like i'm an icecube thrown into the fire.

/signed Benching my Lvl 60 Sent. It's always been my main but it is so frustrating now. I'm a day or two away from just canceling entire Sub. Every match now is snare, stun, dead. In 4 v 4 you are the first targeted because everyone knows it's a quick kill and why bother focusing the sorcs when they have every tool in the book to be the last man standing (top dps, top heals, top dcd, top escape methods). Bleh so frustrating.

Heh, that's been my experience almost every night on pub side on this server. Seems I never join any wz's that have any pub 4 mans, always going against imp 4 mans. As an example over the past few weeks since I started pvp'g on my new guardian lvl 1 - 55, I've played now just over 200 wz's I've won 33 of them. Now once I see this happening as I have a limited time to play, I just log onto alt for lower level pvp and if it happens there I just log out. It's hard to blame the premades other than it would be nice if they were queuing for Ranked only of course they might not all get there weekly's done as fast. Perhaps when the new pvp changes occur that will allow 4 vs 4 you will see less of this as it has ruined the enjoyment of a vast majority of casual players with limited time due to real life responsibilities.

Curious, are any of the above teams Republic? I know in the 200 odd pugs i've played in I've seen most of the above on empire side with there 4 man's wrecking the random pugs but never seen any of those names on pub side randoms.

Good job Matchless. I always enjoy watching your vids as well as getting the chance in WZ's to play with you all. Generally nice even when it's pub vs pub.

I started using this spec mainly when I wanted to speed up Ilum and go fishing for imps, but man ever since watching Powers vids on the subject and it doesn't hurt that he's on my server it just rocks. It really does. I don't hit the huge numbers but I went from 4-5 medals as dps to 8-10 medals each WZ. My survivability has gone up, my teamwork has gone up as I can protect players and general fun has gone up. Also on Ilum, my favorite target to find is a DPS Assassin. I just laugh at them now with essentially no worries. No heal spec'd characters can be a bit difficult as I sometimes struggle to get the burst on them, but they are guaranteed not going to kill me.

It certainly happens. I've had days where I've lost 10-12 in a row only to finally win one that didn't count towards the daily, weekly. Probably should implement some kind of lost x amount of games and it actually finally count towards daily/weekly. Today though I played in a match in alderaan where a republic player with the score being 260-240 (2 cap vs 1 cap) actually suggest we let the empire have the final cap so the game would end sooner. He thought we had no chance. Honestly where does this kind of crap come from? Ilum would also be better if players roamed around via DAOC and used hit and run tactics, camp the travel lanes then leave. Instead we just sit at the base, trade valor or not even participate. Bleh

No Marauders/Sentinels are just fine. They are beasts in PvP, have great defensive cooldowns, better stealth ability then Assassin/ops as well as consistent DPS. A well played Mar/Sent is hard for multiple people to deal with let alone one person.

Super off topic, played a high RR Ranger on Tristan. A friend of mine is still running around with my Ranger. (Munky) Been about 6 months since i've last fired it up to go and enjoy some interesting PvP around the bridges in the frontiers.

Always love your videos and instructions you give in your threads. I'm also on Anchorhead and have had the pleasure to group with you and Matchless peeps. Always fun times. Only question I have at the moment is, What is your computer spec your running? I'm always a slide show even in some of the open areas.

Nice video. Was a relief to not see a sorc video as others have mentioned. It's inspired me to roll a JK as a alt when things are slow.
