Quick question. I reached level 50 a month or so ago. I have full 50 purp gear and I'm thinking of doing some hard modes. Will my gear be ok? I don't do WZ's or PVP so I haven't got all the high level gear. I've been having fun with my 25 alt but, I feel like I'm missing out on stuff with my 50. Feel free to give me some advice. Also is it worth upgrading to the free pvp gear? I'm guessing you still have to put your own mods in it? Do I just pull them out of my level 50 gear? Thanks all

Weird, I don't seem to have a problem. Ten mins and I'm all done - wifi as well. I wonder why it's different for you guys?

As another poster said its easier if the group use the icons. I always ask the tank to use the target icon when in a group that way (as DPS) I'm not pulling any of his aggro. I'll always let the group know that my cc is the purple cog, so avoid it and no AOE's. The run goes a lot smoother when everyone knows what each other is doing.

WB...I'm sure that we'll see many more people coming back to check out 1.4, although some might be checking out MOP when that hits. Everyone enjoy their no downtime today /happydance

Reached 50, done 2 dalies and gave up and created another alt. I would sooner have fun running another alt than reapeting dalies. I just don't see the point when my xp bar isn't going up.

I guess the reason why you can't send bind gear is so we have to spend more money on the GTN. That way the cash flow throughout the economy keeps flowing.

Totally agree with OP I only have a 50 and a 21. Only thing I've bought off the legacy is the repair droid and the speeder licence for my alt, that's it. I'm not sure what to think about the whole legacy thing really. There's a part of me that thinks that it's a waste of time (just my opinion) you guys/girls might be making more use of it.

It would be cool seeing the Rancor stomping around the server. You could have them as pets in SWG ( if you was a creature handeler) not sure if they were mountable though. Would I have one as a ride? I'm not sure. I would definitely love to see more of them in game though.

My FPS has dropped somewhat, it has been ok since they fixed it a week or so ago. I bet that's why they sorted it, they knew what was coming!

It's true. On the server list some say 1 hour 45 wait to get on. Our server is ok thank god

You'll find that they'll complain about too much lag now!!

I was just wondering when f2p hits how will the severs hold? Some players are waiting 1 hour + to get on now. Will they add a few more do you think?

We've had 2 servers merge into ours, it was a pretty busy server anyway. Glad I didn't have to wait an hour + to get on it.

There was a bit of info on Twitter that was it. They did say maintanace was going to be extended.

The voice acting is pretty cool, I drop some of it for player housing though. I guess the voice acting is why swtor stands out from all the rest - itd be like taking away one of its legs lol.

Have a good nose around on here, you'll find a ton of stuff that will answer your questions. You will come across enough credits throughout the game to help you get by. I think my level 50 ended on 2 mil and all purple 50 gear. I tried to do every side quest I could. I also went for scavenging, slicing, and treasure hunting. They brought me in a load of money mid level. Don't worry about gear too much below level 15, you level it out way to fast. Save your cash for later on, you'll need it more then. Don't sell your orange gear you can buy mods for it as you go. Kill everything you can, also group when you can. Always try to be at least 3 leveles higher than the plannet you are on (if you do all the side quests that shouldn't be a problem) that way you'll have no probs with mobs or bosses, it'll save you a ton on repair bills also. You'll learn as you progress and by your mistakes. Have fun.

I'm on a RP and yes I'm sure this would be frowned upon (only by the RPers of course) I don't think the said person would get a ban though. I'm sure he would be on everyone's ignore list though yes.

I'm guessing you was the player that slapped them in the face then? :D I don't think "the person your referring to" would get banned no.
