Ok, just did another few FPs.... happening when I just us the FP exit door itself, AND, Exit Area button and selecting Exit Location. The one option that seems to work, is just travel to stronghold. Did that - no freezing. Cheers, J

Appreciate the tip, Quaker. I saw the gears when the login screen opened, but after logging in, there was no longer an option. I clicked before logging in, and said it needed to patch first. Does not seem to be detecting any issues? J

Hi folks - been experiencing this for about a day or two... FP ends, kill final boss, grab loot, everyone says "thanx, good job," etc... I click the Exit Area button above the mini-map (and I believe in most/all cases I select previous location) - it changes to loading screen, and gets stuck at about 70%. I can move mouse, and the spinning timer beside the mouse comes on and off. Now, I've tried to be patient, and so I believe I've waited a sufficient period of time to (generally) confirm that the game is in fact frozen there. So, I alt tab, close game and restart. When I log back in, toon is (again usually) sitting in my stronghold, which typically was my previous location - everything else works fine. But... it's starting to get frustrating. Anyone else experiencing this - any suggestions? Cheers, J

Finally picked one up last weekend (or both I should say)... at a relatively reasonable price (considering the 40-50 mill they were going for in the first few weeks... although they still sit around 30 mill on average via GTN). I like the Collections option to unlock account wide, and will likely do so at some point... however, I must admit there are other sabers I like better, and use more often. I'm a bit of a collectionist, and so I felt the urge to bring my weapons unlocks to 100% - oh well, it's not real money. Cheers, J

Another option for those specific items is the GTN (via the former gold/silver/bronze crates... and I believe via the current chance cubes). Those cartel crates/cubes have a chance to drop CM versions of any of the rep vendor items... which on the plus side, can actually be unlocked in Collections account wide, and do NOT require rep with the specific vendors. I've never purchased/opened a pack in my life... and have acquired all but 1 of those "exclusive" items just buying off GTN. Including mounts, weapons, armor, pets, companion customizations, etc. Cheers, J

I received my missing customizations, AND weapons (and maybe armor) - I have not checked every toon, but I had a quick glance at several and the ones I was MOST concerned with have been returned into my inventory. Roughly... 250+ million In the same boat as an earlier post... multiple alts, done all stories, unlocked all AC's, maxed all reps (except cartel packs - I don't buy those), own about everything the cartel/Collections has to offer, via the GTN... ... and still loving the game Cheers, J

Concur with Sentientomega - the quote you referenced from BW does not seem to instill any level of confidence or detail that would suggest we can sleep easy knowing this will be resolved. I hate to be that guy though, and so I won't. For now, benefit of the doubt to the BW team... and my hope that this will be resolved in short order! Cheers, J

Desh... I'm fairly certain this thread is about monthly subscriber coin grant... not the valentines code/email debacle. If my assumption is correct, emails do not even matter... you can simply log into your account and check if/when your cc's arrived. Cheers, J

I was partially on the bandwagon when this dropped too... I was really hoping more than anything, and specifically so I could access some of the unique items from the Rep Vendors... because I simply do not purchase packs - so there was NO way to get the cartel certs. Now that there are cartel versions of all of those items... for me anyway, this is a non-issue. In fact, it's even better because the items can be unlocked account wide in Collections, vs the 1 time use rep vendor items. Enjoyed a walk down memory lane though. hehe. J

Thanx Max! I must say, I was shocked (pleasantly at first) that within less than 24 hours, BOTH of my tickets on this topic were replied to by CS... I still have others outstanding for weeks now, and have come to expect about a 1 month turn around. However, it seems that these particular tickets are identified for the automated droid response... I assume to get them off the books quickly. Maybe I need to pick up the phone for this one? Thx again. J

Nothing here either... yet... and so it seems my delivery date has moved steadily from (as early as the 15th of the month), on average between the 18th-20th, to now early the following month. I got January, on Feb 1st this year... expecting February by late this week (in March). I too wonder what exactly is happening here? Was almost like clock work for the first several years... past 6 months or so is when this seems to have begun. J
