  1. Ditto Zer... it's a bit troubling, and I concur. I sent ticket, posted on forum, got PM'ed by Tait asking for details (and responded). Next day, CS refers me back to my own post on forums, with details from Tait and Eric (which is appreciated, don't get me wrong)... and closes ticket. EDIT: I should add too, that instructions from Tait/Eric were NOT to send CS ticket... we know who is missing boosts... you will get them back... by Friday morning (latest)... we've got it covered. Guys... c'mon... Then, once anticipated timeline expires, I repost on forum... Eric responds to submit ANOTHER CS ticket (which I have)... round and round we go. No resolution on all 5 impacted toons (with indications in chat - I know, not always reliable - that those who aren't even eligible for GC, and/or were never missing any GC boosts, are getting them replaced via ingame mail). Meanwhile... I'm out 10mill... no boosts... weekend starting... not happy J
  2. Sorry to spam my own post... but thought I would send another update. Still nothing... I've sent another ticket, referencing last ticket and this thread... response from first ticket from CS included a link to this thread, indicating the resolution. Now 1:30pm Mountain time on Friday... really hoping to get the replacement boosts today, so I utilize my time efficiently this evening and weekend (for me, that's when I play most often). Not the first time I've been missed on a promised resolution... and needed to bug and bug (which I hate to do). C'mon BW, you've been taking my money for 5+ years... and I enjoy the game - make it right, plz =) Thx again! J
  3. Hi Eric - I suspect you or team are continuing to monitor this now, in Tait's absence - thank you. Another update... as of 10:30am Mountain time (Friday morning) - still nothing on any of the 5 impacted toons... nor anything on other toons. I have seen some general chat discussion, where folks have stated that they received them in ingame mail... although in some cases, individuals are suggesting they didn't even have boosts to begin with, they are not even lvl 70 (and not eligible for GC), and/or are not even subbed... hoping you guys have this all sorted!   8. Hi all - wondering if anyone else has experienced this... a bit frustrating!? I've submitted a ticket as well just now - hoping for a quick remedy! In short... I patched todays update, logged in, and found that on 5 separate toons, the GC Superior Boost that was just activated (3 hours on each... only a few minutes used on each), have all been removed. As folks know, these are not cheap - I paid 10 million credits for a stack of 5 (2 mill each) - that money, and those boosts are now gone. Ugh - help!? Cheers, J

  11. You did well then... I figure I opened ~3000 crates before completing all sets... and if I recall, the Remnant Resurrected Gear seemed to have a lower drop rate than other sets/pieces - at least, that was my experience. Good luck OP - keep at it! Cheers, J

  13. Just got in! EDIT: ... well, I'm in... BUT... mail does not seem to be working properly (canceled a GTN item... no instant mail return). Opened Help to log ticket... empty window - no details, buttons greyed out. Still broken...
  14. I thought I went up... and was like - what the heck!? Started at 13... dropped to 8 in 10 mins... back up to 9... now down to 5 - been about 20 mins total. Still waiting... Edit: sitting at #3... 30+ minutes and counting... I can almost taste it - LOL Cheers, J

  16. I started a separate thread... apologies for missing this... will chime in too: "Wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? I've spent a considerable amount of time (mostly solo content) leveling a Jedi KNIGHT... yes, no AC. Full story arc, planet quests... Revan expansion, and other content, to max level (65). I have had this toon for several years, and would like to have him remain as a KNIGHT, without an AC (for me, it was something fun/different to do - maybe not for everyone, but I was happy with the 'accomplishment') With the launch of 5.0 - I can't log into the character (do anything, check GTN listing, nothing at all) until I select an AC - why exactly, after 5 years of playing this game, am I being forced to do this now... I don't want to? It's not been an issue before, doesn't harm anyone, was my own personal choice... in fact, I often get complimentary feedback (or genuine awe) at the fact that I have a max level toon without an AC... now, it's not about accolades - and like I said, it's not for everyone (and have also received some derogatory remarks from players who don't understand... it was a personal challenge - and I've played this game for a very long time... many hours... wanted to do something different). So again... why the heck am I being forced to select an AC now... and denied access to play this particular toon? BW/EA - can someone help me out with this (of course, I already submitted a ticket and got the typical PFO response... no help at all, thus far). Cheers, J "

  18. Maybe I'm missing it... but can't find the H2 Weekly console on Imp fleet - appears to be nothing in the old space, and can't (have not checked Pub)? Also... new interface drop down has logout... but no quit game option - again, unless I'm missing it? Can anyone help? Cheers, JG
