  1. Hi Eric - so, it seems for me (and several others) this has not yet resolved the issue. I can confirm all appropriate eligibility requirements for my account... confirmed subscriber... (both for years). I can also confirm no indication that my email is blocking or moving to other folds (and have checked all other folders, including searches). I have always received emails, newsletters, etc from BW. I can also confirm that I have still not received any emails as noted in your post update and no codes. NOTE: I use gmail, and always have with this account. I'm sure you can appreciate that this is frustrating for all subs, and dare I say particularly frustrating for those who have been contributing and enjoying the game since launch. Hoping you can assist... what happens now? Can you send again if we provide a different email address... can you just manually add to our accounts... anything else? Cheers, J
  2. Fingers crossed I see something in the next day or two... checked my gmail settings and I have NO blocked email accounts, IPs, etc. So far, still nothing... No reason I can see for not receiving the email the first run, as indicated in previous posts - all boxes checked, since launch, subscribed since launch... fully eligible. Wish me luck folks. J

  4. Thx again Dr. Mike... I did try as you've suggested, and unfortunately this wasn't a fix in my situation. It is for sure frustrating/disappointing and so I'm hoping we hear from BW today on an update and resolution. Like others, I have always received emails (including the January newsletter, monthly cc grant, two separate responses from CS in the past week on other -non related- tickets)... been subbed and opted in for mail since pre-launch... checked every folder... attempted email searches... confirmed eligibility and all email boxes checked/saved on account well before the promo deadline date.   5. Noted that several people have posted they too contacted CS... and none have indicated that they have had any type of successful resolution? Have you had a different experience - is CS prepared to resolve this now, if we call? J

  7. Tried search function as well: "Firebrand" "Chapter 10" "SWTOR" "Play now"... nothing. Using gmail, and so wondering if this "may" have anything to do with the issue I and others are experiencing? Still hoping! J

Just to be clear... some of us (myself included), did not receive ANY emails... did not delete ANY emails... and have not found ANY email in ANY folder, subfolder, spam or trash... checking regularly since last Thursday Feb 18th. I gotta say, I'm surprised that some folks are still figuring out the details quoted above... having seen countless helpful forum posts providing the same info/direction for 3 days now - maybe it's easier to read in yellow? For those of us in the other boat - hope BW can resolve soon! Cheers, J

It used to be, that the ONLY way to get certain items (e.g.: armour, weapons, mounts, companion customizations, colour crystals, etc) was via the Rep Vendor, and in most cases (for the kewl stuff), you need Rep and Certs to purchase the item. The items ALSO noted clearly in the Collections tab that they were one time use, and can not be unlocked account wide. With the introduction of Gold (and other) crates, including the newest version of the gamble in a gamble pack, those items have been available as "Cartel" versions, and CAN be unlocked through Collections - thank gawd. All that said... I don't disagree that it was silly to gate the Rep ones to single use in the first place. J
  13. Your expectation then, would be wrong... I'm no internet "wizard" but I know how and where to look for emails, and in folders/settings/etc. Also... based on the details for eligibility... all good. Simply - no - email J
  14. Wish I could say the same... "oops - there it was all along." Sadly, not the case for me and many who have just not received any emails at all... still waiting... patiently. J
  15. Thank you... however, this does not apply to MANY situations out there (mine included) where we just didn't get the email. At all. Nada. Nothing. Ziltch. No folders, settings, or otherwise... it just has not come. J

  17. Sorry Mez... and welcome to the club. I, and several others, are experiencing the same situation as you... similar/identical circumstances. I suspect the Dev team is enjoying their weekend, and so I am hopeful we hear more tomorrow. Or, if by the love of all that is holy... the email w/codes finally pops? Hang in there! Cheers, J
  18. Can confirm this is a bug... sent in several tickets (mine have been the Stronghold Defender weapons... all of them). It was with other items as well... pets, etc - however, they seem to have resolved on their own after several weeks? Received a support response a few days ago - they know, and they are expecting a fix in an upcoming patch. Hope that helps explain, and so I appreciate that doesn't fix the issue... yet. Cheers, J
  19. Good grief... thank you... again... but we know - SO many people have told us. There are people who have simply NOT received the email yet. Looking forward to an update/response from BW on Monday!
  20. Indeed... Dulfy is my friend! Did this too. Deselected the one (from BW that I always had), then checked them all just be safe. Saved... rechecked (as recent as yesterday), and all checked. ... still no mail/codes. J
  21. Based on my experience, and based on what I've read on this and other threads from several players... I have never had an issue receiving emails form BW/EA. And yes, I've checked (several times) my account settings - boxes are checked. And yes, I've checked several times in all the folders - no email. I do know that you (and others) are REALLY trying to be helpful... but this is REALLY starting to get frustrating. Ugh J
  22. Once again... thank you. However... there have been several very helpful folks, which no doubt have assisted many players anticipating a special or certain message title and/or those who may have neglected to look in various other folders. There also seems to be several players in a different category... like me... and those are folks who didn't get anything... have checked all folders... have not deleted any emails... have been subbed for years... have been opted in for email for years... have confirmed all of this on account... and - have still not received the aforementioned email with the two codes at the bottom. I really and truly appreciate everyone's sincere effort to assist with this rather frustrating and ongoing situation. To those who have received codes, and those who have been redirected via the helpful support of the SWTOR forum community, I am pleased! For my part though, and many others out there - hang tough!
