Now when I goto the debug mode, its greyed out and can't run it. Can't even select it I'm going to research that now.

Its just ranom. In the middle of mission, at my stronghold, on the fleet, on the guild ship. Just very random. Its also the screen when you 1st log in.

My computer is running fine and is running other games. I dont think it a video card issue just yet

I been on the forums all day... Tried serval firewall threads, running programs in Admin. Nothing. I even bought different antivirus because I read someone had a virus that affected fps.

no, I play in windows full screen. However I tried all of them. Happens on fullscreen aswell
