  1. 10 is FAR too much! Frankly this is yet another removal of achievement and long-term goals. First Battlemaster and Rakata were downgraded and made common. And now Black Hole will become just as common, making the achievement of having it meaningless. I worked hard to get my Black Hole Demolisher set and I was proud of that accomplishment. Now its completely meaningless as anyone can get Black Hole armor in a few weeks with these dailies. A completely awful idea that should be changed. A weekly reward rather than daily would be much better, and lowered to five or six commendations.
  2. Found this on Wookieepedia, I don't know if its already been posted but its gotten me even more excited for HK-51. http://images.wikia.com/starwars/images/a/a6/DidCulatorProgramADroid-TOR.ogg Good to see he has the same voice as HK-47, and the same attitude towards assassination. Can't wait to see more of this. LotN
  3. From what i've read all of the E3 previews will be out later this year. http://www.darthhater.com/articles/swtor-news/20634-e3-2012-darth-hater-interview-with-daniel-erickson Dunno if this article has already been posted but its rather informative. HK-51 sounds like a ***** to get, but he'll be worth it. Terror From Beyond will likely be the best operation and I REALLY do hope they open it up to the community for suggestions on which alien races to add as playable. LotN
  4. Male Bounty Hunter has the best voice in game. Sounds confident, and nicely low-toned without being guttural and snarly. He sounds like Boba Fett and other hunters like him, the ones who know they are going to succeed because that is the only option. Special mentions to... Darth Baras, Qyzen Fess, Khem Val, Lord Scourge, The Emperor (Damn awesome voice!), Darth Malgus (One of the game's best) and Darth Marr.
  5. We need the following races to be added as playable. Togruta Trandoshan Mon Calamari Cathar Kaleesh Kel Dor Gand (And make them short again! Like Zuckuss!) Rodian Selkath (Maybe) Duros (I'd remake my BH just for this race, I could be the Cad Bane of TOR.) And Taung and Gen'dai... ok those two are a personal dream that I know can never be true.
  6. I can't stand her arrogance. Even my LS Sith Sorc killed her, though that was because she is the standard Sith-madman and there's no place for her in Her Empire. My BH and SW killed her because they hate her, and in my BH's case because she was a loose cannon that nearly got me killed a bunch of times.
  7. Every companion has LS and DS choices they like. Khem Val despises weakness and nearly all LS choices but on Dromund Kass, during the quest where Sith are hunting civilians for sport, if you pick the DS option he greatly disapproves, and greatly approves of the LS choice to bring them to justice. Because Sith should hunt worthy foes, not cowering bystanders. Mako dislikes killing and cruelty so nearly all DS choices are not for her, yet she's completely on board for shooting Tarro Blood and Darth Tormen in the head repeatedly, the former of which I agreed to and the latter I refused to. Its all personality really, no companion is pure LS or DS and that makes them infinitely better and more interesting.
  8. Bounty Hunter: Mako. I like her attitude and love of the Bounty Hunting lifestyle which my character also loves, and her love of money and riches coincides with my character's liking of them, and she is a great buffer for when he is tempted to go further than his honor would allow. That and she's as cute as a button. I don't really get the hate that some of her later cutscenes get, I don't think they are crap. I think they are actually quite sweet. I'd pick Mako over any other character if more were available. Smuggler: Risha. She and my character are exactly alike in their desire for money, freedom and apathy towards the Republic and Empire. Plus I like her sarcastic quips whenever my character flirts with her. And prior to meeting Risha... every single woman that would actually respond to his comments. Not anymore though, Risha doesn't like it. Sorcerer: Andronikus, because there was no other option. If Talos had been an option I would have gone for him since my character and he share a love of ancient lore and artefacts. If i'd waited and LS Ashara would be romanceable as a female i'd have gone for that instead, though my Sorc is less a goody two-shoes rather a pragmatist and more tolerant-minded Sith. Sith Warrior: Dark Jaesa. She is great fun to converse with, her awakening to the Dark side often produces some funny results like her binges of drinking and bedding/murdering Imperial soldiers. My character is pure Dark side but knows the values of patience and dislikes needless excess, so they make a good pair. That and Dark Jaesa is 100x better looking than Light Jaesa. she may be twice as dangerous but danger is fun. Vette is nice but I much prefer Jaesa. Jedi Knight: Kira, she's awesome. A jedi who isn't arrogant or boring or even prudish. She's a bit like a female version of Anakin, only cooler. And I like that she distances herself from adhering to the Jedi Code to its every punctuation mark, she knows how to have fun while still being good. Even if there were other options i'd choose Kira.
  9. My Gray Bounty Hunter, Xarl, uses the Fett Code of Honor and is motivated by love of being a Bounty Hunter. He kills his targets if requested, and anyone who tries to stop him, but doesn't kill bystanders or those he hasn't been hired to kill. He never betrays a client and will not be swayed by any offers of rewards or begging or bribes to cease a hunt or to spare a target. He respects the Empire because it brings order and stability, whereas the Republic is rife with corruption and weakness, but he dislikes the excesses of the Sith (and after the story the Jedi as well). He is a Mandalorian and proud to be one, regarding them as the greatest culture in the galaxy for embodying everything he respects. My LS Sith Sorc, Taldeer, is motivated by dislike of the Republic's corruption, the Jedi's arrogance and vendetta against the Empire, and by the desire to bring order to the galaxy. She dislikes the wanton cruelty and short-sighted views of many Sith like Thana Vesh as it brings nothing but personal pleasure to them at great cost to others. She intends to win the war against the Republic so that the Empire and the Sith people will not face extinction, and then to reorganize the Sith into a more temperant and pragmatic order. She does not forgive traitors though, and kills them without remorse.
  10. It is the case. However knockback does not seem to work on the final boss. My group tried it seven times and each time the knockback only worked the first time, then the boss became immune to it. And he continually spammed lightning which according to the vids he's not meant to do. I think its bugged. LotN
