  1. hahaahhaah they can't eve fill the 8v8 on most servers half the time.
  2. And yet only 10 kills.
  3. I didn't read that cause I'm level'ing a knight now and don't want to ruin it lol but thats cool they have it matter for that class. However SI (my first 50) there really is no affect on the overall story by really any of the decisions you do. Hopefully they add on more choice driven outcomes in later chapters that would be a really awesome addition.
  4. hahaha lets try not to go there I just finished a 10 page paper for philosophy about nihilism.
  5. Thats true in a sense the game doesn't end, But our choices have an extremely minimal role in the current ending of our class stories. Therefore they don't matter, therefore its not a choice driven game. Therefore nothing you do really matters in the end.
  6. So the big problem in ME3 was that the ending didn't really count in that many of the choices you made throughout the game and was instead just a general ending that would happen no matter what choices you made throughout the story process. Personally i feel that TOR is lacking in the exact same way. Where exactly do all our choices come into play? sure we can alter the endings to individual quests and small scale things like that. But no matter, what every single class ending will happen the exact same way no matter any of the choices we made, i mean come on Satele telling a jedi with dark V that he is the savior of the universe? How comical is that? Contrary to what Bioware has marketed this game as your choices will have extremely little to no impact once so ever in your story or the game world. Why can't we have separate endings based on our choices? why can't we at least have our choices play some kind of important role in the ending? That can't have been to hard to develop could it have? and even if it was to hard then why the hell did they market it as such a story and choice driven game? it most def is not. Don't get me wrong I loved most of the story elements in this game, it just seems extremely lacking and unimportant. After you play through a class and none of anything you do matters then next time around your like "hmm well it doesn't mean anything no matter which option i choose soooo...." It takes away from the immersion level which is already quite poor.
  7. Cant equip it. Theres a level 50 restriction on equip. So he can grind it and gather up the pieces for when he hits 50 then use it then. Makes a lot of sense just a big lack of creativity on Bioware's end. Also totally agree with guy above me, theres wayyyy to many boring, mind-numbing grinds in this game already let us PVP people have our PVP.
  8. My god the OP summed up all my thoughts for PVP in this game. Its so amazing.
  9. Nope you can't spend it early. They want you to go into 50 pvp with only 2k max so you have to do the looonng grind and waste all that time. They want you to play their game more so they make you work for it all. Not even remotely fun and a pretty big failure copied almost completely from WoW (shows how extensive their creativity and intelligence is) but yea thats how it is. Just spend it you'll earn another 2k before you hit 50 And he's right if you hit valor 40 you can stock up on the other type of Coms used to buy WH gear.
  10. Not really Bro. It deters a lot of newer PVP'ers as well why would they want to take all that time to grind gear when they are constantly getting decimated the entire way there?
  11. It was horrible from the massive amount of bugs, extremely little end-game content and the ability for healers with a well organized team to basically never die. Instead of fixing that they made it even worse, there was a lot more they could have done to fix PVP but instead just increased drastically the DPS classes ability to kill things super fast and nerf'd a lot of healers. Now its just kill, die, rez, die, rez, die ,rez, cap a node, die, rez, die, rez, over and over then 40 mins to re-que and do it again. What fun right? Truth is for a lot of people 1.1 was more fun because it actually required more skill than the trash system we have now and wasn't nearly as frustrating and their new additions in 1.2 outside of PVP were pretty lame. Legacy isn't even useful to anyone but RP'ers and i don't pve personally but from what i heard the new Ops was super easy and boring.
  12. It is not needed. Maybe for all you hardcore ppl make expertise available in Ranked Warzones and let the ppl who just want to have fun and play the game do without the worthless elitist stat thats ruining the game.
  13. First for where exactly did he brag about being "the bee's knees" at PVP? and second where did he say he did or did not have BM gear?? Did you even read it or comprehend anything he said??? He is stating that a lot of players are annoyed by the time sink that is forced upon them in order to get geared enough to stand up to other players with a relatively similar skill level that have been PVP'ing longer and have BM or WH. And then why not be able to do both PVE and PVP with the same gear, as in not putting all your time into one of the time sinks, getting super geared, then being completely F***ed when you want to try the other out and your only option is then to invest EVEN MORE time into the game grinding mindlessly to get that gear. I completely agree, on low pop. servers its not so simple as "oh go play a few WZ's a night and get it lulz I'm so leet and great" cause guess what? not that many people play on those servers and whatever small WZ's do pop are usually pre-mades against random groups that get completely crushed. Gear is a major factor in this, if someone has WH gear and you have Recruit gear, if they are even semi competent they will win that match up. Maybe you'll bring them down to 30-40% health but they will most deff win. PVP shouldn't be about how much time you waste grinding it out and waiting around for WZ's that take over an hour to que up. It should be about skill level of those players and their personal knowledge of their class and ability. If you're so great at PVP and whatever why not remove your safety net and play based on skill alone??
  14. 4/10. Too many fillers and transparent quests. Never really did anything that made me say "wow" and the whole concept of stealing ghost powers was pretty lame and stupid.
