The fact that they can't obtain gear as fast because they are limited in the amount of WZ they can do is an advantage. Why would you want an advantage anyway? Do you feel better about yourself because you can beat players with inferior gear?

Don't really understand why we can't buy the lvl 50 gear while we are leveling. If you don't want to make it available, at least remove the commendation cap.
