  1. it's a give and take in terms of energy usage. I have my (DPS) rotation set up to where I run out of energy every two minutes, allowing me to use cool head to bump my bar back up into the fast regen range. In terms of long-term energy usage stability, the best solution is to tone whatever it is you're doing down a bit and always try to stay 60+ energy or at worse, 40+ energy. In my DPS rotation, there is a time when I occasionally just have to do flurry of bolts to allow my energy to get back up before I start grinding away again. In terms of healing and energy usage, if you really need energy fast and you're in a non healing intensive area, use the channeled heal (can't remember the name) to get back two energy every crit. If you're in a healing intensive time, pop cool head and problem solved! That's what CD's are for anyway =p
  2. I would say at least get the valor buff from the battleground part of ilum then quick travel out so you can retain the buff for the hour or so while doing WZ's, then at the end of the 1hr of buff go back and get it again. faster valor ftw!

  4. how about the fact that imp OP mele attacks don't force you to stop moving, whereas scoundrel mele force a movement stop to do the animation? That seems kinda broken in a competitive PvP environment where movement is a major part of gameplay. Or how sith lightning is instant to cast and the jedi rock throw thing is a cast bar? Mmmmmm balance and mirrored, yup!

  7. the solution to the base****** that's happening is to just take the valor (pvp) bonus from killing turrets (pve). No more reason to camp on top of a base
  8. nope, only battlemaster, for the first two tiers you are at the mercy of the RNG

    Even getting to rank 60 is supposed to take quite a while. Because the imps can prevent repubs from taking other points, they maintain a 400% buff to valor in addition to exploiting the turrets that insta-respawn for massive amounts of valor and instant battlemaster status, further borking the discrepancy between imp and repub in WZ's. The problem is that when you die, you respawn at a medical center. All (or at least most) of the medical centers are camped on by imps that are spamming AOE's so you die in ~5 seconds immediately after spawn, giving you no chance to get out of there
  12. you die in under six seconds because of camping the med centers, so no, you can't quick travel out ya damn troll
  13. Those tasty repair bills from getting it with no lube at all from the imperial zerg hoard aren't anything to sneeze at either. It's kind of absurd how the planet has been changed to LOLURDED from what was at least a mutually beneficial system.
