"Who ever thought a good for an mmo is story"? You know what IP stands for? IP IS what any game is based on... any game, book, movie, any kind of entertainment actually... so if your lore is crap, your game, book, movie etc will be crap... if your IP is not solid, doesnt matter the result, its going to be crap. Take aion for example... no consistent IP, crap... rift, didnt hold me for a second, why? Because its IP is paper thin... So yes, I'm one of those that you think should be shot... for me, the consistency and richness of the IP or lore is the MAIN THING I look for in a game. Even FPS are going to "story mode" cause it gives you a reason behind all the mindless shooting. So basically... I think you're shallow, dont take me the wrong way.

The only thing I have to complain about swtor really is the damn sharding... I hate it. It goes against my idea of having ppl "moving all around" and the feel that "nice I'm playing with lots of ppl" instead of "ok, I have no lag, but this stupid sharding makes me only see npcs"...

Actually I did have 2 sets of gear in DAoC... my pvp gear was crafted, spellcrafter and gemmed, with resists, omni procs and all that crap specifically to my needs and I would never PvE on it. Not because it wouldnt work, it would work pretty damn good... but paying for the repairs, NO WAY lol... So I had a so-so pve gear.

Yea I had the same issue with my pet's appearance... I wanted to view but ended up buying the damn thing buy 12k and getting a refund of 1k... while I do believe that these "special items" should be refunded in full value, I did learn my lesson the hard way lol

Hes a community manager... hes not a coder, designer, or has any technical know-how about the game. Hes Bioware's face to the ppl that play their games... hes not completely inside all the tech savvy issues - all he has to know hes "how things are going" so he can give some feed back without having to become technical.
