You know... I can give you a real life example. See that awful looking uniforms the americans used in world war 2?... Now look at the nazis. They had hugo boss designing uniforms for them... the SS officer uniform was sheer class. I dont know... maybe bad guys are way more into fashion design? Maybe bad guys have way better taste?
