The simple solution to the above response is for all of us players who are suffering from poor FPS to submit a ticket to the ingame Customer Support so we can formally register our concerns. Perhaps then they'll take us more seriously instead of fobbing us off as a "minority".
We may be a minority in purely proportional terms but we are likely to number in the tens if not hundreds of thousands which represents a very significant amount of people and sizeable chunk of revenue for Bioware.
I am willing to be patient as I realise such issues are complex and take time, all I ask is for proper acknowledgement by Bioware.
