Then why all the moaning about the GTN being removed from all planets (there were tonnes of threads on this!), and like I said, even on gen. chat when quite a few asked how to access the GTN, they were always directed to the Republic Fleet. All right, well good to know! I've already travelled back to the ship a few times just to access the stupid thing. This will make life a lot easier

I haven't encountered that many bugs at all (especially compared to beta). I'm quite impressed they cleaned it up so well! But, Taris DOES worry me...

Just want to note my experience down. I've logged on three times today (early morning, afternoon, and evening) and have experienced no queues at all on the server Space Slug. When I logged on in the morning, I had some lag, but none the last two times. I will be logging on once more (in about an hour - so night time) and hopefully, that wil be a queque-less experience also

So, I haven't played an MMO before and decided to google WoW launch to see what turned up. From the first page of results: These posts range from Launch Day to about mid-December. Basically, mixed experiences from people depending on what time of day/server you were playing on. What I found particularly funny is that a lot of posts seem to mirror current day SWTOR forums! I see a flaw in your logic Number of pre-orders is thought to be way over a million, so I don't get how under 500 000 = half of all preorders?

That would probably be Bioware. SR has said repeatedly they were working on it.

No, during the last beta they had 750 000 play with the population hitting 250 000 at peak times. Get your facts straight. And it was known EGA would be staggered, so if you waited until after your friends to pre-order, that's on you. Not BW.

Which weekend? I found the Nov. 25th weekend to be pretty good. I hardly waited in a queue.

Has anyone else checked out the servers on the main forums page? NA servers are mostly "standard" with a few "light" and all of EU is "light." Considering right now is probably when people are playing the most out of the entire day, that's pretty good! Good job, Bioware
