  1. Heh, I agree! Adds a bit of levity to it all:)
  2. This months episode of 'Memory Loss with Musco!©' sponsored by - The Nightmare Pilgrim: This Thanksgiving, prepare to have the stuffing scared out of you.©
  3. You left it on the 308 patch error launcher? Or did you close it out, then reopen it to find it downloading?
  4. Just hit this bug on my lvl 63 Imperial Agent sniper on Rishi. Can't get the 'Forfeit' class story mission on Rishi. Have been a sub since launch.
  5. I have the exact same problem as everyone else. Just finished Rishi on my Sniper, and the 'Forfeit' class mission has not popped.
  6. PLEASE tell me you guys are going to show up to Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim in April. Would be great to have our entire guild show up to a Cantina event!
  7. Same here. What I read in another thread was that, if you approach the room where Birdy and Coratanni is and the door into the room is OPEN..... then it is bugged. Apparently the door needs to be CLOSED. Your whole group needs to exit the instance, reset, and go back in.... possibly multiple times. I haven't tested this, but multiple people backed it up so I'm ASSuming it's legit.
  8. This seems true for the tanks, but not for the DPS. I use hydraulic overrides on my merc every single time, and we get the green cross for the most part. The things that seem to bug it NOW (as well as a few from before): 1. Old mechanic of having tank across the room at a separate rock no longer works. Underlurker will still track to the tank, but NOW he will drop the cross as he walks to the tank, not wait until he gets to the tank then drop. This will bug the cross. From what I can tell, because he is in movement when the cross drops, the visual in-game cross does not seem to be in the same spot as where the server is reading the cross to be (AKA the visual is lagging behind the actual spot the server thinks it is. SOLUTION: Everyone stack on the same rock, including tank. 2. Cross seems to bug 100% of the time now if the cross is overlapping into a wall. SOLUTION: Grab a rock in the middle of the room. Things we still do post patch: 1. Main tank does not use CC breaks 2. We still jump when we get to our spots in the cross. 3. We don't walk over a part of the cross that we're not supposed to stand in (mostly. Seems jumping in final locations allows this to happen) 4. In SM, the cross shows a horseshoe of symbols (single plane depicting DPS, heals, or Tank symbol). We make sure during positioning that all members are in the cross, standing between the horseshoe and the boss. Before patch, this was a guaranteed green cross.
  9. THANKS SO MUCH BIOWARE!!!!!! I know I didn't have anything to do with it, but I appreciate the addition nonetheless.
  10. Same issue here. 8man SM. At the end of the 1st phase, we click on the escape pod, and it resets the instance. We tried with 2 different people, and reset the instance between the two tries. This was the same bug as was present on the PTS before it was patched.
  11. Yeah, I wasn't quite sure where to place this. I wasn't sure if it was intentionally left out, or possibly just overlooked. Time sink DOES sound more apropos.
  12. Most cantinas across the galaxy have a quick travel station destination in them. It would be greatly beneficial in this location, as it's quite a popular cantina for both players and non-players alike. Thanks for your consideration!
  13. A Maroj Melon Tree! Maroj melons were the lifeblood of any newb in Star Wars Galaxies, it would be fitting to see them in this game as well!
  14. No patch notes on this one? /me swats the dev team with a newspaper
  15. I agree on Nefra, but can't comment on Grob or Zero because we've never been able to progress past Draxus. The Nefra fight, even with nightmare power, is fine the way it is, as once you learn the mechanics/movements the 'checks' seem to be adequate to make the fight a major step above HM, yet still passable. The more it's discussed, the more it's evident that each fight needs to be adjusted individually, instead of a blanket "less damage" nerf.
  16. I'd like to see who this "feedback" came from, which I'm guessing is the 5-10 guild per server that actually cleared NM DF with nightmare power in place. Not exactly the demographic that should be providing feedback for said operation. SWTOR Dev: "Hey guys, should be change the HP?" A member of the <1% that cleared NM DF: "Heck no. We cleared it at this level, everyone else should too. Don't make it a joke." SWTOR Dev: "OK peace out." Meanwhile, the rest of the non-hardcore raiding guilds (read: more than 1%) are still stuck on DPS-checks. Tait, this might be a topic that needs to be re-opened for discussion, especially with the new HP INCREASES of the guardians in the Draxus fight. Just a thought.
  17. Oh, not one, but many people. Here is the gist of their argument: "If you don't *need* it at all, for any toon, pass on it so those that didn't win the need roll have a better chance for the greed roll." This was their answer. I understand where they are coming from, but I'm not buying it. If I greed win something you want..... just ask me for it! Almost guaranteed I'll just give it to you. lol
  18. Normally I do ignore, but the sheer quantity of people questioning my greed rolls as of late has me questioning it myself, which is why I'm posting, haha. I run a few HMFPs a week, just because it's fun to chat with people during the runs, but not when I'm getting lectured. Also, you all are absolutely right: Needs are for main only. I never need roll anything anymore, so a little rusty there.
  19. I haven't needed anything from any runs in a long, long time, so I thought I was doing pugs a favor by just greeding across the board..... but apparently not.
  20. I've been playing SWTOR since launch, and have never had a problem with this until recently. This is how I understand it: Need: You need it for your main. Period. Greed: If you want it, roll on it. Period. Pass: If you don't want it to touch your inventory, pass. Period. Recently, I've been harangued multiple times for greed rolling everything; FPs, pug OPs, etc. instead of passing. Normally, I just gather up anything I greed roll win on and vendor it to make a few extra bucks. Is this no the case? I typically wouldn't even bring this up, but in the last couple months, I seem to get lectured at least a few times a week. Am I wrong? /waltersobchak
  21. When our raid team kills Nightmare Pilgrim, all members receive a 'Mental Exhaustion' buff, which has a 5 day timer. This is working as intended. What is NOT working is the timer resets itself back to 5 days every time to load into/out of an instance, or log on/off the game. As of now, the only way to remove the buff would be to stay logged on in one instance, or stay logged out of hte game for 5 days.
  22. We had this problem with 8m HM last night. There is an issue with the geometry of the modified 'ramp' in the middle of the Darth Raptus fight room that causes players to get 'stuck', as well as insta kill due to the games auto-stuck feature while in combat. If a melee player 'jumps' to the boss while the boss is against the ramp, the player can die from 'defeated by kill target (0 damage)', which normally happens if /stuck is used while in combat. This happened to 4 raid members, multiples times during the fight.
  23. Makes sense. I never read it in any strats and never worried about it in 16 man, but it certainly makes sense.
