So with the removal of XS/Orbital from our ST rotation would the 2 points in Arsonist be better spent on Sharp Aim?

See I would have said that from the buffs to XS whtin the hybrid tree(s) that Hybrid would be suffering more from the changes than SS?

WIth the nerfs to XS + the 2pce PvP I will assume that XS is no longer a dps increase in single target rotation (except as an opener). Furthermore with the 1 point 25% chance to tick on WS talent do these changes put SS ahead of hybrid? What spec will yield greatest overall results in Ops situation? Unfortunately I haven't been able to test on the PTS so I wouldn't usually ask these type of questions. Sorry.

I am not sure why but if I use this filler combo: Sabo Charge > Speed Shot > (Smuggler's Luck) Charged Burst or Sabo Charge > Speed Shot > Charged Burst (if swimming in energy) I dip into a downward energy cycle and cannot recover (unless cool head is available). Any reason for this? Starting from 100 energy of course. I just cannot SS > CB without Cool Head.

I've religiously followed Forsedar's guide on mmo-champ for gunnery/arsenal dps however your two guides vary - specifically 240 crit vs none. Would you see a gain in dps over 5+ minutes from going to 240 crit over losing around 60 bonus power? Could you provide a link with this math etc for me to read over? Thanks.

This is a very fast progressing raid team. Only raiding 5.5 hours a week but they do make good use of their time.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. Bioware do take the time and effort to listen to player feedback and improve the game. Any suggestions you make to them on the PTS will be fixed - in patch 1.5 or 1.6

The Defected Imperial Front liner's in the trench trash put a buff on themselves that reduces dmg taken by 90%. Now I know that by stunning the mobs prior to 50% they don't have an opportunity to put the buff on. However on the occasion that stuns are still on CD is there any way to remove the buff? I have actually seen this occur where the buff will have a good 10 seconds left and just disappear. I just cant figure out who or what is doing it. Thanks.

This is just a rant about the state of end game pve armor sets (Campaign gear from HM EC). For me in any rpg or mmo I want to achieve two things with my character: 1) Look awesome in the best gear available which is my reward for raiding 2) Min-max the hell out of my character to have the best attributes available. Usually 1 and 2 go hand in hand. However with Campaign armorings holding the set bonuses for characters this totally screws this up. I am forced to choose whether I want my toon to look the same way I have for four months now OR whether I want to gain that extra 90 main stat. E.g. I play a 50 Commando. My best stat allocation for dps on an armoring is lvl 61 68 Aim/49 Endurance. Now lets look at my chest piece for example. Campaign Eliminators armoring has 57 Aim/60 Endrance - a loss of 11 main stat on one piece of gear. Now the Campaign Med-Tech armoring has 68 Aim/49 Endurance however I cannot use this in my chest piece as I then lost my set bonuses. This is completely stupid. In my opinion the PvE sets for Campaign Commando are vastly superior in aesthetics as opposed to earlier Tionese/Columi/Rakata ones - yet I am forced to wear older pieces to obtain the best stats. Same applies to other slots of gear. Bioware - please rethink how you itemise and place set bonuses before creating the next tier of gear.

I cant believe they respond by getting you to check your PC with all that crap. We used to all complain over Vent that someone was "lagging" in EC however now we know that if you're lagging - everyone else is as well. So there's no use being vocal about it. Everyone in our raid will get spikes probably 2-3x every 10 minutes. And everyone suffers its not just one or two people. Definitely server side or I really don't know what is.

Wow I didn't realise it was so hard for most people? Myself and three friends religiously run this one a day as its literally the second fastest place we can run (with Tv taking top spot). With Li being in its own daily category we queue up and clear within 24 minutes most days. Easiest 5 comms a day you can get.

Seriously this is two nights in a row where we have not been able to raid post 1.3. Thursday servers were down 5-9pm AEST which is PRIME TIME. Same again today (Friday). Why the hell cant you move the maintenance 4 hr window either side of this time? Say - 1-5pm? Or maybe even later like 11-3am. I understand your need to have all servers maintained at the same time but there is no logical reason this has to be during our prime game time. Moving it either way slightly wont then put the maintenance in US prime time either. Or at least offer some compensation to Oceanic players for our time lost. We are currently working on HM Kephess and now our two raid nights have both been cancelled.

We just killed the two tank boss and moves straight for the chest. Took us less than 10 minutes to get to it and before we had even pulled the large pack of mobs in front of it it was red. Assuming we needed to kill the mobs to turn it green we did so yet it stayed red. Surely it doesn't lock in under 10 minutes? We asked in guild and people have taken a lot longer to kill the trash prior to it and had no issues.

Flashpoints by far. I've been playing since January, have 2 50's and still have not been through all of the flashpoints in the game. Not only is it near impossible to get a group together for them but due to the length of time it takes to complete them party members usually leave 1/2 way through leaving groups stranded. HM FP's are the quintessential method of gearing toons up prior to Operations or even filling out gear holes however in its current iteration getting a FP group is a rare luxury.

Couldn't agree more. I've got Legacy 14 and Legacy 8 and to lose my xp from legacy 8 is criminal.

It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly."
