It has worked for me, I don't know if it's applying anything though. I mostly don't use it anymore unless there are 4 or more mobs around.

It doesn't constantly take you out of combat in PvE though lol It is there, maybe the level on it changed though, both of my shadow/sages are at level 80

Last night doing the gree big bad robots, I was killing one on my BH and a JK came and helped me. While he ran the next round I started on the next one, and he helped with that. After he had done his rounds I stuck around and helped him kill 2. Just be polite folks, I hate ninjas as well, I even had a guildie do it to me once, though he was not in charge of the group he was in.

A lot of the complaints about the story were it's single focus, versus, say the more diverse class stories, this has been a complaint for a long time, since Makeb basically, and there is a lack of replayability there, some companions not returning in a timely fashion and a lot of changes overall, like to companions, now they are basically all the same, blah, blah. I understand that the story may not be for everyone, I found it engaging enough, it was kind of mass effecty in the build the alliance kind of way, which is fine, but familiar. The main problem is that the story makes very little sense for a non jedi/sith, and makes the most sense with a jedi knight or consular, then Sith, I have ZERO desire to play any of that content with any other class. But I will eventually replay it with all my jedi and sith characters.

I feel like all the modes are well balanced so far as time is involved. Going to 70 would just lead to a higher gank count for those matches that get out of hand. I have had matches where I had to suicide to refill my missiles, that we won 50-11 or something, having it go to 70 wouldn't have helped anybody.

Have fun, the class stories and most of the world arcs are things I like to redo every now and then.

I more or less have to pretend CXP doesn't exist. I would be happier if all the quests I ran at 70 actually dropped level 70 gear instead of 66 or whatever, but whatever.

Yep, I haven't done those dailies on my main for a long, long time. I don't really follow Swtor news, just logged in on Thursday or something, hit up the planetary dailies thinking that was a decent way to get command exp (I have a self made chart of the good ones to run, skip the bad ones), when in guild chat someone mentioned the dailies on Blackhole were giving 1125 base command exp. Well, for the first time in months I did all the dailies and they were fun because I knew there was actual value in running them. Now, once again, there is no point. So, like every other time I am guessing I will just get tired after a week or so and fade away again, already I was thinking about other games once this change was announced.

This man has probably been a tank for a very, very long time, like Dark Age of Camelot long, and you grouped everything all the time because AOE was always strong back in the day, and while it is pretty crap here. It was by far the fastest, safest and easiest way to do things. I haven't played too many other MMOs, so I am guessing he trained back in the day, where basically to get aggro and keep it you just had to hit the mob first.

Even if a boss is not knocked back by a knockback, the interrupt still applies. Also, a level 40 companion is super tedious to do if you use the rank 1 gift method, but it's only about 600k or something, and a level 40 companion, best ranged here I think is best for DPS role, will do a very nice job in there.

But you can farm up DS or LS at the same time on Esseles. T7 likes good things so you can go full light there and get influence and LS side. Also, if you have a stealth class it's like 10 minutes long or something.

It feels very doable, if not time wasting and arthritis inducing to get comps to 40, since just playing at cap for a few days will make you a millionaire. Your companion is super tanky in such a state no matter which mode they are in, so if you don't need any healing, DPS is the best spec and they will wreck stuff. 50 is just for...well, I don't know, it costs like 1.3 million to do 40-50, and the difference is marginal, but I still plan to take Nadia to 50 if I ever see her again.

If you want to be leet you might want to change where your left hand sits on your keyboard for gaming My move forward is T, but it depends on your hand size, maybe R or Y is preferable. I strafe with R and Y, backwards is G, I turn with the mouse. I use the mouse to move, I hold down both mouse buttons or the T button, and then being more close to the middle of your keyboard allows for a lot more easy keybinds along with easy access to ctr and shift, but not alt really.

You can use Shadowstrike from any angle now, it just does less damage from the front. But you will get plenty of back strikes if you have your companion in healer mode. Shadows actually do quite well right now solo because they can do off tank dps, which is a nice mid point when soloing with a companion on heal mode.

Well, I'd like to see Nadia and the others back, I just popped Vette up to 40 affection on my consular though as she's my fave for my consular at this point, but I have saved all the cash I need to get Nadia to 50 right away. It's nice for the warriors to get Vette back, and she was super fun in the heist, I wish so much that she got to keep her autocannon, no reason for these characters to be stuck as whatever they were in the past.

It does feel silly. I read the announcement, and searched for any mention of Nadia, and was disappointed by not seeing anything, but I didn't walk away going wah, they hate story and single players!

Yes, this is terrific thank you. I was sending everyone x amount of credits to level up companions and it was a pain the behind.

I did on my consulars because of no viable companions. I did kind of look at my mentors grandson though. Nadia is basically a teenager. I want her back because she was my female consulars female padawan and like younger sister, but on my male consular I just ignore her lol, can't talk to kids these days.

I feel like at launch, to level you had to do a lot of content that was not really tied to your story, and I know that in KOTOR 1 & 2 there are non main story missions, but that's like a few per planet and they mostly are tied into in that you are going to be in that area anyway, can you also do this... I felt like my first run was really confused because of this, you'd do your class mission and dozens of other ones. I was like 7th to cap on my server, which came somewhere on Voss, and by then my class mission was just behind grinding other missions and some of those were great, but they took me out of the urgency of my story. Now, you can really just mainly focus on your class story and you will be fine. I don't know how well advertised that is.
