Yes, you can still play. The pre-order code and retail code are two separate things. This is why they stop Early Access short of the 20th. You have to enter the code from the box or digital order before you can proceed on/after Dec. 20th.

Good morning, As all of you are excited that the game has started for some today with Early Access, some of my fellow advanced users may have issues with connecting to the game. This might be in fact due to a firewall we use other than Windows Firewall. During my beta time, I have seen them change firewall ports at least twice during my tenure in beta weekends. I managed to track them down and post them for the beta users so that they could modify their rules for the firewalls. I personally use Astaro at my home and it can be extremely specific. I know some users even use Cisco PIX at home. Boys and their IT toys... At any rate, this is the information I have so far, and I had to identify TCP and UDP ports: UDP 3479 TCP 8995 TCP 2870:2871 TCP 12000:12300 TCP 20000:20099 This was analyzing the traffic that was hitting my firewall. Opening the ranges during beta allowed me access to the game. So, if you have issues connecting, please check your firewall ports accordingly. Hope this helps. - Amo
