People who buy a game guide for a MMO deserve everything they get, or don't get as the case may be.

This idea is horrible for one simple reason. The quest themselves do not give adequate directions to where you should go. They are written with the map in mind. From an RP perspective it's stupid to think someone will tell you to go to a place but won't give you the coordinates in such a technologically advanced setting.

Yes, let's create this function on a website. That way when you go to log in to the website whatever keylogger you have on your computer gets your website information. Now the hackers can log in to that website, use the utility there, and gain access to your account. You guys are all missing the point of the authenticators.

If you are sitting at the keyboard, and you use your keyboard or mouse pre-programmed buttons to do something that is possible to be done manually I do not see an issue with it. I think the problems start when people use macros while they are AFK, or do something that is impossible to do without the help of a 3rd party program or hardware.

How about you do not, under any circumstances, right click any item in a vendor window unless you want to buy it? Oh my, that solution is hard.

Slicing: Of course they nerfed it. It was ridiculous to be able to get so many credits so fast, and if left alone it would have destroyed any potential economy. Raids: So you think a majority of the people have to experience the bugs before they are fixed? I'm quite happy any issues are addressed before I have to suffer through them. As a bonus I'll address the vanity pet crying: Perhaps it was a simple fix that took an hour of one developers time. Why not fix it?

I like the people who use it as a great title. Mine is The Forgotten Legacy. Guildmates also have Maleficent, Malevolent, etc. This works well because it will fit all the characters we create as well.

You are acting foolish. What other reasonable options would you suggest? Bioware has no obligation at all to create different programs for each type of phone out there today. It's simply unrealistic to expect them to do so. This is an EXTRA step for people who CHOOSE to participate. Hating on the in game vendor is childish as well. It was added as an extra little bonus for the people who do go through the process of using a security key. It should not have end game loot under any circumstance.

I think most tanks need to realize that in this game you don't need to tank every single mob. Focus on the tough+ and let the dps take care of the weak stuff. If the DPS do not kill off the weak stuff quickly before focusing on the tougher mobs then they are indeed failing.

One of the few times in this game where you have to actually think before you make a decision. I'm happy with it.

I agree. A guildmate just now noticed after 30+ levels that he has an emergency port to the fleet ability. It amazes me that people don't take 10 minutes when they first log in and actually check everything out.

I do all my class quests 2-3 levels lower than what the quest says. Different people have different skill levels. If you can't defeat something don't call it "impossible", just find another way, or level up so you can plow through it.

Leave > level up > go back > win.

I've been stuck at 6700 dark side points even though I've gotten gains recently. Is it level capped also? I need 50 more to hit Dark IV! I only have 250 light side points, so I'm not at the cap yet. Bioware needs to tweak this system a little bit. These arbitrary caps are pointless.

But that requires effort and we as players should automatically be put in groups, have our characters go through the motions and then get the loot handed to us. Like a movie that we pay $15 a month for! Seriously though, the LFG system in game works very well if people actually use it properly. I suppose it could be more "in your face" in order to make it obvious to the majority of players how it works, but I'm happy with it.

I didn't read the whole thread, I just wanted to touch on these two points because I found them absolutely hilarious when taken together. Have YOU ever played Everquest....ever? Autofollow in EQ even today is absolutely horrible. So your "honestly" doesn't mean much.

Shadow Hand needs to be added to that US East list. The queue is there almost 24 hours a day. I had a 10 minute queue at 5:30am EST yesterday.

I would say that play style is not common at all. 1 or 2 space missions a day, plus 1 or 2 warzones a day, plus 1 flashpoint a day, plus however many quests on whatever planet you are on is a decent amount of time. An "average" player does not play for 3 hours or more every day.

You can't "redo" it. You can however cancel a conversation before it's finished by pressing escape and then start it again. Once the conversation is over, however, it's over for good.
