Actually you would probably benefit more from a combination of BiS PvE relic + BiS PvP Relic, higher power proc from PvE + a lot more procs due to the PvP one. Though I get what you are saying, and I'm not sure why they didn't add the "negates similar effects for 20 seconds." to it's description and how it operates. Makes no sense. (If they do fix this, the Proccing power relic + on use power relic are still a beastly comibation, so it won't be a big deal imo since that's what I use anyway.)

You won't get a proc from two of the same relics. Only one relic will proc at a time and have the appropriate CD. They have to be different relics. If you used the power proc PvP one ( the arkanian equivalent) + the BiS PvP relic that procs power then you might get that scenerio.

I looked at the descriptions for each relic, and the PvP one does not say anything on the lines of, "This effect can only occur once every 20 seconds and negates the activation on similar effects." The PvE one says that, however. So yes when the PvP one procs first, you can receive the proc from the PvE one almost instantly after. However, it's unclear if this is supposed to be this way, but judging from the description, I will go with; It's fine.

I will just point out that a lot of people don't complain 24/7. Just because they have one issue, and they b\voiced that issue, doesn't mark them a 24/7 complainer. Unless I'm seeing a thread by a specific person everyday that has complaining all over it, then they don't complain 24/7. All those comments do is incite negative responses. Just gonna point out, PvE wise, if you check TORparse and other websites with parsers, a full balance build does more dps then infil. and hybrid spec.

Oh no doubt. But BW is good at making people really happy, then pooing on their pillow in the same week. They need to find a middle ground so most people say, "uh well whatever." I don't like the CM for a few reasons, they should learn how to not piss off their customers imo. Maybe one day that will come true? However, the point in the CM is to nickel and dime people... So I don't know why everyone uses that statement. Everytime I read it I think ".... uh duh?..." Think about everything on there. Is any of it necessary? No, it isn't. I was just testing what did better dps, so I was using the power proc PvP relic with the combos of the PvE relics I had, so it wasn't two PvP relics. I might have read wrong, is that two power proc relics will proc if you have dmg and healing abilities? Or did you mean one power proc relic will proc separately?

As a balance shadow, I gain health back for using up stacks of supression from my FiB and when I parsed the power proc relic in combinations with other relics to see what was better the power proc one was proccing every 20 or so seconds, which would be what I expected. I haven't seen it proc twice from my healing and my dmging abilities.

I would too. What I would like is a choice between the three. I like my actual character names, but I screwed up the legacy name pretty bad. I put The in it and it looks stupid. So a choice would be nice. And honestly, posting up stuff on the MAIN website, then coming into the forums and changing what they initially posted is really bad business since a lot of people might check out the updates section, where you would go to see what patches are offering, but then not check out the forums where this other info. has come from. That's when you have the people who check the forums often saying, "Oh it was known for a while, blah blah." And the people who just look into the updates on the patches are pissed because they were led to believe something else. It's honestly bad form.

Are you sure? It shows up weirdly if you rip out the armorings and put them in different amors, as well as if you have campaign/hazmat armorings.

It is working as intended. They changed some of the set bonus's on the newer gear. So instead of making it so those couple classes wouldn't get a world wide set bonus from each tier, rakata - bh- dg - ark. - uw, they just made it so everyone will need a 2-4 set of arkanian to get the bonus.

It's a lot easier. The Mesa's are smaller, so travel time isn't really a big deal. The only issue is Makebs high density mobs. If you are good at avoiding mobs, then it's easy pz.

Tbh, if they remove lambaste for something that will better the actual game play of the Balance tree... then why would you care? lol. I mean it's a meh talent when it comes to PvE and I can see it's use in PvP, but I'd rather have stronger single target dmg.

Nope, it's about 15 mins long. Which, by chance, is how long it takes you to run through each mesa. And I get about 500k ish in peak hours, which still trumps any other form of credits by gathering means thus far. Also to note, they've done a good job on stemming credit farm botters. The mobs that guard those chests are ridiculous. Usually come with a gold, two strongs, and 5-7 normal mobs. So usually it's a run in, loot, run out scenerio.

Yeah there's an actual video on it that shows you the pathing. It's good for quick credits an hour before a raid, etc.

Cause I'm seriously opening 60 chests in an hour? And they range between 14-26k. And the stuff you can vendor nets you a lot. Mining Mesa has 4 chests, Solida Hesks estate has 2 chests, Talmir(?) has 5, and Gravity Hook 7 has 7. Oh, I go through one instance, switch instances, go through the next and repeat.

Oh also, in my signature is my stream channel. Basically every stream that is posted there (look into my history) starts off with me doing the dailies and finishing them all. It's always an hour and 20 - an hour and 40 minutes. All four sections. So if you want proof that it is not at all time consuming, go watch it . I am a shadow so I get stealth which cuts time down. But people saying "Omagerdddd Bh takes longer then 15 mins!!!" No... it does not. I even solo the heroic in BH and it still takes me 15-16 mins.
