  1. Sorry I'm not good with remembering the names of stuff. I can give you specifics: I think it's the Partisan Relic of ------ : (PVP relic, just look at your PvP vendor and search for this kind of description) Equip: Has a 30% chance while healing or doing damaging abilities, to increase your power by 410 for 6 seconds, can not occur more then once every 20 seconds. The other one I used is the Dreadguard Relic of Boundless Ages(There's an upgraded Arkanian one that I will be getting soon.) On use: Increases power by 350 for 30 seconds. The total CD on it is 2 minutes. The power relic procced pretty much every 20 seconds give or take. So during the time I have the on use relic popped (30 seconds) The proccing relic has the chance to proc twice within that time netting you a 12 second dps window of an additional 760 power. To note: I'm an advent fan of using project when possible. Now it's a move I use when that power relic pops. It hits so hard with the extra power it's nice.
  2. Redoing the engine would be pretty much overhauling the game and that's a money, money, money thing. EA is making money right now off of what they got, I don't think they would give the ok on something that will cost a lot when they are making the kind of money they are making right now. EA is a now company after all.
  3. I'm going to quote this because it is very important. BW had their own engine for the game, which got scrapped because of EA's pressure on getting the game out so they adopted the half *** Hero Engine. Also, if you played in beta, there was a lot of features that never made it to the actual game because EA kept pressuring BW to get the game out. These features included chat bubbles, a more in depth codex and legacy system, another OP aside from KP and EV, and a bunch of little stuff that they didn't have time to smooth over and get into the game before the time frame EA was pushing on them. If EA didn't hound BW to launch the game earlier rather then giving them another few months then we might be sitting on a different game today. But EA doesn't care about quality like BW does. They care about instant revenue and they knew that a mass amount of fans will be buying this game regardless. They don't care about long term, and the game BW was aiming was for the long term.
  4. I know there was a website that showed the dps parses for each individual boss encounter, I just can't find it. Does anyone know what it is and if they could link me to it?
  5. This. I parsed the difference between having a dmg proc relic with on use power and on use power with power proc relic (the PvP 410 power for 6 seconds). Dmg from that combination was a lot higher. As well as the actual times it procced.
  6. I'm still working off of a priority order when I do my rotation, that hasn't changed. I think of rippling force as a proc, once it procs I can throw in project and not worry about force being affected. I don't use project everytime it is up, but since I've started to add it into my rotation, it was the difference of 2100 parses to 2200 parses. Edit: Usually when it comes to my raid group and fights that involve a lot of running back and forth, they usually have me stay put on the boss. There's not many bosses where a 5 second less on CD for force run helps aside from maybe Kephess in EC which... well he's easy as hell now even in NM since its lvl 50. And in those situations that you are running, project is a clutch move. You don't have many ranged abilities, so project is a good way to maintain dps in a ranged situation.
  7. You actually can still use project in your rotation in 2.0. It doesn't add the buff, but it adds good burst for those situations where your force regen. is going strong. It's situational just like using it back in 1.7. It added 100 dps to my parse.
  8. Looks interesting. I would play it. But let us not forget sand box never does well.
  9. I think he meant a really dark green as the core with white around it. Like how the black blue and black red crystals are. They would have to make the green extremely dark for the white to show though. I would like it.
  10. No loss there, it was a fugly crystal. The one in this new pack is better!
  11. o.o That's how much they go for on Harbinger, but Revans mask goes for 3mil so you could buy 4-5 masks with 3-4 hypercrates xD The mounts are even cheaper. I guess the harbinger has a lot of gamblers that over saturate the GTN XD
  12. I agree with the trading in the rep. tokens. But I wouldn't want to see the certs. on the GTN since it would definitely devalue the items. Who knows, I don't open those packs, like I said, I just sell them for credits so whatever they do it won't be affecting me.
  13. It definitely is subjective, and I'm cheap even though I make a lot of money so when it comes to spending it on SWTOR I might do 40 dollars a month on CC. I usually like spending my money on my car, just got new rims ;D, taking my gf out, beefing up my computer every year so it remains a BEAST, things like that. I think if I were to buy 3-4 hypercrates for SWTOR I would only feel like I got my moneys worth by selling them for ridiculous credits on the GTN and just buying the items out right that I wanted. I'm not a gambling type of man.
  14. Ok good for you lol. You only got 5 items in the packs before this rep. so the rep. item isn't taking up ANYYYYY possible item you could get since it's the 6th item in the box. They want to prevent rare items from becoming a "meh" item so people actually buy those boxes. Making those certs tradeable on the GTN goes against that. This guarantees BW that people have to buy the boxes to get the certs. If it was all on the GTN it goes like this > credits buy cartel packs > have enough rep. > credits buy certs> have awesome item and spent no money on packs. I think they like milking people for their money so they probably won't change it.
  15. I want the troublemaker armor for my shadow. I don't get why they don't make cloaks like that for Jedi classes. That's the perfect look for a shadow imo >.>
  16. Just going to say that he even states he's spent a stupid amount of money. No one said impossible, they just said impossible without spending a stupid amount of money xD Edit: And even if they don't change it, he will buckle and buy them anyway. I feel it in his future.
  17. So are you that dense to not come to the conclusion that the OP meant 2.0.1. Or are you just one of those people who like to point out pointless mistakes even though it is obvious what was meant, because you have nothing better to do in your unfulfilled life? Edit: Maybe a bit mean. Sorry <3
  18. I am just going to note that you are talking about boss fights that are lvl 50 encounters. Since you are probably lvl 55 that increases the dmg you do by an absurd amount. Your dmg will be better guaged in SnV and TFB then EC, EV and KP. As the classes unfold and people are starting to get used to what works with balance/infil. it seems people are putting up really good numbers, myself included. Soooo no biggie atm.
  19. It's not an excuse. It's my opinion based on what they stated. If this would cause more lag, then I hope they don't do it.
  20. Bro, my balance shadow (madness for imp) is a beast. People just needed time to adjust to the changes and find what works and yeah, no nerf here, just peoples inability to adapt.
  21. Well I mean, I only have X weekly if I'm doing that weekly. Usually I finish the weeklies in a single shot IE. do all 3 HM FPs in a row, finish x op etc. Having quests the log ( for me) That I'm not doing get the boot and I will do it later. So technically my quest log remains statically 0/25 for the most part. And as I said, if the performance issue is the truth ( an I don't see why they would lie, it seems like the first honest statement about how their engine is bad and can't handle simple things like quest log lists, achievement lists, codexes, etc.) then I'd rather them negate everyones complaints on this in loo of better performance.
  22. Why not do one section of dailies at a time? I prioritize it so I never hit the quest cap.... I can understand wanting to just fill it up so you don't have to go back to fleet or whatever planet, but it's not that big of a deal. I for one like to go back to the fleet inbetween my daily runs so I can check the GTN and/or put stuff on the GTN + the fleet has that nifty panel you click on to go to all the daily zones. Edit: They said that bigger quest logs would lead to a lot of lag since the engine would be loading that much more for every player. Everyone has noticed the big increase in lag on Makeb and fleet and other places with heavy population and I can't help but wonder if that big ol' list of achievements is to blame. If it is would you really want even poorer performance for a few more quests in the quest log?
