  1. Considering this is a team vs team game and both sides have access to the same number of stealth classes it is balanced. Now if only one side hax a stealth class i could see your point. Stealth does not help win a fight or help in the fiht at all. Itz only good to position yourself for the fight. Once the fight starts should you can use your bubble or your high damage missle spam or your knockback stun lightning death. Stealth in this game is very easy to see through. It is very easy to aoe people out of stealth. Welcome to MMO's
  2. Im pretty sure mauraders can also surprise and stun as well. The fact they can kep from dieing at 5% health long enough to kill anyone is way stronger then any other dps class has. Face it mauraders are op now thus why everyone is rolling one. They do a ton of damage and have op defences. No use trying to defend them. They will get nerfed just as operatives did.
  3. So an operative is a melee fighter yet has no immunity defence. Flash grenade can be broken then we take damage. You still take 1% damage from all sources. Operatives are just as squishy as mauraders. Once out of stealth kperatives cant finish the fight az they have no defence and lack long duration damage. A maurader has damage immunity and can easly kill or finish people.off during that time.
  4. Or they could rely on their team and have a healer keep them alive. Why shoud mauraders have more defences then tanks have. Why should mauraders have better defences then any other dps. You have a team for a reason get a healer friend. Operatives have crap for defences yet they get nerfed every parch.
  5. If your a pve operative dont try to speak for all operatives. Pvp is a completly different game. Any healer can do pve. Only pvp has the real challenge of complete unknown circumstances. Things change constantly in pvp. No one can effectivly heal in pvp now witb the changes to expertise. Its a pure dps race. Throwing hots out on the move is mobile yes, but it wont keep anyone alive it only pads stats. The instant heal probe is usefull but againe not really strong enough to keep anyone alive under focus. The real issue is for those that want to dps. Just because a few ops and scoundrels can kill bad players or kil people athalf life or already under fire does not mean they are balanced. The loss of dps for and longer cooldown on backstab is a huge hit to dps. I laugh when ops or scoundrels open up on me solo. It is so easy to survive them Mauraders however kill me without taking hardly any damage in return
  6. Please show a screenshot of such a feat. In wRzonez now everyone dies to fast to keep anyone healed let alone keep an entire team alive. Most healers can't even keep themself alive to all the massive dps. Operatives have been unjustly nerfed more then any other class. The minor fix to a 31 point talent in tbe healing tree hardly makes them the best at anything. Dps operatives are far easier to kill then any other dps. Tanks can aoe hit harder then operatives can hit. The longer cooldown on the main non stealth attack is a slap in the face. It throws off our rotations and lowerers our already pittifull out of stealth combat.
  7. Funny when operativez stated tbe same thing everyone still complained untill they were neffed 3 times into uselessness. People only see the operative hitting them for 2-3k. Tbey dont see the bh or sniper also shooting them. This argument did not help operatives and it wont help the now OP mauraders. Everyone is maming one since they are the class to be in this dps race tbey call pvp.
  8. Ok look Operatives and scoundrels have 2 stuns. The first is from stealth on their opener and it only lasts 1.5s do not use your break free on this. They can only get one more hit off if fast. The only other stun is the same 4s stun that almost every class gets. They have to be in range to use is unlike other classes that can stun at range. This is the only you break free on. Then just stun them back and kick their arse. As a medic operative I laugh when scoundrels or operatives open up on me. I just stun them back and run or heal. They are very squishy outside of stealth. If the fight lasts longer then 10-15s they loose. You should not have any trouble fighting them unless you are very undergeared.
  9. Not a chance. They did not even let us bring over our 50's to test the PvP changes. They invited a few PvE guilds to test. That is hardly going to do it. Even when people poured info at the proposed changes they did not respond to anything prior to 1.2 deployment. They did not address any issues other then to say they have metrics. Metrics don't mean squat if your customers are still pissed off. It is clear this is their first major MMO and i'm pretty sure it will be their last.
  10. Um how does 18.5% cancel out 22% ? pre 1.2 the 10% mitigation cancelled out 10% damage. Or is this bizarro world where 18.5=22
  11. For the most part the mods on the BM gear suck. They are full of useless stats so not sure why anyone would waste credits pulling them out.

  13. The problem is not that we are all winners. Its that we can't control how Biofails system groups us. If you end up with fresh 50's and no gear even if you yourself are a full geared veteran, you will loose. One person can not win the battleground vs a premade group of BM's. We should not be punished and waste our time with a group of people that do not understand how to play.
  14. If you perform well but your team sucks and you loose or people just up and leave after the first point and you stay to do your best why do you get no coms. If you que solo you should get rewards for what you do not what the rest of the bad team does If you get matched up with fresh 50s and no gear you will not win against a premade group of BMs. This should not cause you to get zero coms. You should get coms based on what you do. I do not have time to waste on crappy teams that dont know the basics of the match. I cant pkay 6-8 hours a day. I need my matchs to mean something . Losses that rewarx nothing are a waste of time.
  15. I have mostly full champ gear that i modded to get rid of some crap accuraacy and add endurance and crit surge. I had just gotten a couple pieces of bm gear. It was updated with the patch so now has more expertise but that is all it has going for it. My modded champ gear has more endurance crit surge power and cunning. Whats worse now is i cant mod out the bm gear since the expertise is on all the mods. So now im stuck with crapy stats other then expertise. This is rediculous for a higher ranked set. The champ helm had good mods to rip and use. The bm helm does not. All the bm pieces have crappy stats. Why am i spending so many coms on gdar with worse stats. Who in Bioware has any idea how to set gear stats. I have no faith left that they can run a AAA MMO.
  16. Youve got to be kidding me. My operative can get stunned by otbdr classes and killed befor its over. Jugs can aoe crit as hard as we can open on a single target from stealth. When i Heal spec i laugh at other operatives and scoundrels opening up on me. I just eat stun then stun them then ru. Or heal. Its pathetic really. Thay can only kill me if its 2 of them or im half life already. Frankly any class can kill anotber if they are at half life. Well accept mauraders they seem ti live forever at like 10% health left.
  17. You must know pin down is a root not a stun. Sleep and flash bang break on damage and are not stuns. That leaves 2 stuns as i said.
  18. you must be new. Operatives are not sith, they are imperial agents. Operatives have 2 stuns. A 1.5s stun from stealth and the standard 4s stun that most classes have. Their is no way a solo OP stunned you for 10s. Use your escape then stun him back. Game over for operative unless this is sub 50 and you are like level 10. Operatives have already been nerfed more then any other class and are getting nerfed again in 1.2.. I guess the exageratex crying wont stop till operatives and scoundrels are removed from the game.
  19. 1.2.1 due to players quiting from crying over operatives and scoundrels, they will be removed from the game.current level 50 operatives or scoundrels will receive a level 1 of their choice.
  20. I have also seen this. Resolve does not seem to work all the time. It is very quirky. It also takes too long to fill up. You should not get 2 4s stuns to fill your bar. That is death in PvP.

If you are speced full into the tree it is not a hybrid. Going less in one tree then more in another is a hybrid.
  22. Why was this even removed? Did it somehow overpower scoundrels and operatives by having them laugh? Is this really what biocrapware needs to focus their time on? Is this what we pay a subscription for them to work on. I'm sure their were more pressing issues to deal with then to remove a laugh that signaled an important aspect of the class.
  23. Sure give sorcs 100 force instead of 500 like operatives have. Then you can have a force adrenalin probe.
  24. Its not exploiting to use your class skill. It would be like saying your exploiting for using a heal if your a merc. Your teams sorcs or sages can combat the othef teams. Its team vs team not 1 v 1. Everything is balanced since both teams have access to the same skills. Just some classes got shafted on usefullness.
  25. So operatives should give up our knockback or our speed or our pull or our RANGED stun. Ohh thats right we don't have any of that. We have a 4m stun and a blind that breaks on damage. Wow we are so overpowered with CC. I don't know how anyone can get away from us.
