  1. And that is exactly what losers do. They are cancerous anyway. /byebye
  2. It's old news by now. The game might acutally be closer to balanced with so many conflicting complaints.
  3. This is not a change for "hardcore" players. The only argument I will support is that xp is crucial when participating in WZ pre-50 with regard to leveling. No one wants less, players, but how easy do you want it?
  4. "Healers still heal for too much." "Healers are nerfed too hell and have no utility." "DPS has tanked since the patch." "DPS still does too much damage." "Warzones should reward everyone based on trying instead collaborative efforts and execution." "Where is my 1st place ribbon for coming in 2nd?" "Gear is all that matters after 1.2 in pvp" "My gear is useless afer 1.2" Did I miss anything?
  5. Total losers mentality being displayed here. You get comms and valor for losing at about 50% of what would be received in win just for effort. If you want more than that, you are delusional and I am laughing at your rage over something as simple as taking your lumps and finding a way to win. But again, losers will be losers.
  6. You are rewarded. You just don't get what a member of the winning team would get. Who gives a **** about your effort. Your side lost, you don't get to win and lose based on individual contribution, this just looks like an XBox game, but it really isn't. Premades don't have to be hardcore guildies playing metal in the background and slamming 5hr energy to stay awake. Run with some people that have a little skill but don't usually run in premades. It makes a huge difference. But losing is more than a matter of perspective when you have clearly defined team goals that were not accomplished.
  7. An unwillingness to accept that fair is fair. Losers can't claim the spoils of the victor.
  8. Success is not final, failure is not fatal - Winston Churchill Words to live by my friend. Be courageous and try something different like......create a premade.
  9. I don't have my toon's stats as I am at work, but will gladly publish them for you in a few hours when I get home. Treybonius is a Maurader with full BM. I do not know his spec as I did not ask. We had a 1v1 playing Novare coast. He was trying to take a turret, I was defending. He opens up with his leap and proceeds to layer me with dots. I threw up a diagnostic scan and 2 kolto probes to start and then hit Stim Boost after the first TA hit (2nd HoT tick). By the time I layed the foundation my health was down to just over 4k. So let's recep to ensure you are following. I am running: Kolto Probe (x2) Stim Boots (Energy regeneration) Health @ 4k +/- I had 1 TA active At this point I simply hit Kolto Injection which crit for 4500. Because KI crit another TA was granted after which I spammed Surgical Probe which is an instant heal that hits for 1700 and has crit for 2800 (Additional TA is granted when SP crits). I hit 2 SP crits for 2400+ per. Math time What's 4000+(4500+2400+2400) + (750x2)? Take this knowledge and use it. It is possible to heal through a heavy engagement.
  10. A true loser's mindset can only change by discovering that winning is possible when team is willing to do what it takes. The people that are complaining have already given in to the prospect of losing and it manifests itself in the "effort" in loss and victory alike. If you lost, you deserve less than half of what the winners get. Its not punitive, it is incentive. Get organized, stop pug'ing ALL THE TIME and maybe make friend or two that you can run with regularly. Losing should sting, just like victory should be sweet.
  11. I think that depends on the players man. You are extrapolating skill into a conversation on ability or inability granted by the game. I'm telling you that I have personally sat and watched my health go down to 4k from 16k and within 1 Kolto injection crit and spamming Surgical Probe 3x I was back to full health against a Maur in a WH/BM mix of gear, and a Concealment spec Operative that was full BM. There is nothing wrong with healing, but there may be a few issues with healers!
  12. "Repel" - This ability is used to travel vertical distances not normally accessible to the average adventurer. Ability - Vibro axe - Players can now wield the deadly vibro axe Ability - Offhand vibro knife - Operative/Scoundrel can now wield dual vibro knives Crafting Biochem - Can now develop kits to alter genetic make-up of characters for image (i.e hair length, eye color, body mass, etc.) New gathering missions are available that allow players to "Mass Yields". These missions rival the standard hardmode operation and yield high quantities of resources but may require multiple gathering professions to harvest. Combat Being pulled by teammates now cycles a cooldown of 8 seconds disallowing the player be pulled again in that time. Some fun stuff maybe. Thoughts? Additions?
  13. I don't have a lot of info to back up my claim but I play an Operative, and up until last night I played almost exclusively as concealment. My playstyle is one that is great if you like to play solo or in a group setting if you want to do the "culling". I pick off the wounded and add my DPS to a team effort in bringing down priority targets if the situation calls for it. But I made the jump to healer late last night.............wow. Between Kolto Probe crit'ing for 1k, Kolto Injection healing for 2100 and crit'ing for updwards of 4500+, and Surgical Probe healing for 1700 and re-applying TA when it crits for 2400+ I've done closer to 500k healing every match and still do close to 100k dmg with grenades, poison dart, and poison grenade. Healers stand up! Claim your successes and learn from failure! There is always a way to win, it may just not be "your" way. xoxo
  14. Dual wielding knives. Melee general attack (similar to rifle shot). Give me these two things and I will sub for a year with no questions asked.
  15. The healing is easy if you keep 2 probes on people and crit for 1k (x2) and your heal targets are taking damage. A surgical probe can also crit for 1500-2000 and grant and additional tactical advantage so the ability can just be spammed if the kolto probe keeps crit'ing and granting TA. The damage is also easy if you are hitting crowds with your AoE poison and Orbital Strike as well as using your backstab and Shiv since Lethality has damage boosters for both in the lowest tier. Op is not OP, it takes a long time and some luck to get these numbers.
  16. So do you want gear that just activates your skills for you too?
  17. You'll get your gear progression. Until then you are just a number "Hardcore gamer" and your number is the same as the "casual gamer".....its ($)15. Until then, enjoy having to improve your skill set instead of your gear set improve you.
  18. So I'm just a few days into being 50 and I notice some absolutely insane healing numbers consistently in warzones. The ratios for zones like Huttball are relative to the length of the game but it is still noticeable. I specc'd full heal with remaining points in lethality. My issue? I do very well at healing, but not very much damage which is to be expected. But I see other classes that heal for more (400k+) AND are in the 200k range for damage. Has anyone here been able to acheive this level of efficiency within the ops class? I'd like to know if the mechanics are there so I have something to strive for. God help me I will be effective with this class if there is a way. I just don't see it at the moment.
  19. I read the entire thing. I can't be too concerned because I'm not even level 50 yet. But what I can say is that I use abilities that I feel are more effective in the grand scheme of things. My preference is also an indirect support role. I'm not setting the world on fire with damage or healing, but I make a huge impact because I am always right in the thick of every fight. A stealth class, the wears medium armor with potent healing is a recipe to own if you have a game plan and fallback. While I appreciate the OP for posting his rotations, I can't help but to be a bit insulted as a strategist. If you value your class you are going to find a way to win and shouldn't have to be told "it's ok guys". If you're and Ops, grab your nuts, some decent gear and take some of your eggs out of the spike damage basket. We are fine and will continue to be so going forward. How 'bout we post scenarios and rotations based on opponent's class?
