yea, we definitely got the shaft in the gear dept. with all the creative designers out there (including within the community) you would think they would have 1000's of great outfit ideas, for ALL classes.

I agree that they shouldn't be giving ultra rares in every box purchased, but a little something better than the crap they spew now would be nice. I honestly can't believe how many people are still throwing so much $$ at these. We can piss & moan all we want, but as long as people are still buying the boxes hand over fist there prob won't be much done about it.

there are a few good guides out there showing the best way to level Synthweaving. Usually there is an item you can make that takes less mats than all the rest. those are what you want to make since they have the lowest "cost", so to speak. make the ones that will actually up your skill though. once you make the item then you should either RE (reverse engineer) it to hopefully get some of your mats back and learn a new schem for that item, or just sell stuff on the GTN. hopefully that will help a bit.

good point about the server. I have noticed that on Jedi Covenant, it seems to go back & forth between healer and tank. I was thinking of making a new character and wanted to make a class that is somewhat needed. I was watching a sage healer today and idk if it was just them, but it sure looked easy.

What do YOU think is the most needed class for the republic right now? I keep hearing Tank and Healer are in high demand

Our "ideas" are cool looking gear that compliments/enhances our character class looks. Also, I would say BW's little off the shoulder number is "project runway" enough for most of us. Exactly what we DON'T want!

I gave Nadia all my old slotted gear and put purple mods in them. I tried to focus on accuracy for her and overall she does pretty good now.

it is really discouraging at first that's for sure, but just keep pluggin along and it will get better. i was in the exact same boat not too long ago and man was it frustrating, bottom of the charts every time. After you get a decent party and a couple pieces of better gear you will start doing better. Also, as stated by a few others keep an eye on who your teammates are targeting. Just takes a little patience

what server are you guys selling on? seems like mat sales went down on Jedi Covinent quite a bit. That is how I was making some extra $$ was selling the raw mats

I agree with the Belsavis dailys suggestion. these were a life saver for me and my diminishing pile of creds. If you need stims and stuff PM me and I will make you some for cheaper than you prob buy them.

I have been RE'ing some level 49's and haven't gotten much in return at all. Having them crit and getting an aug slot has been my best result thus far. Hopefully RE'ing these will pay off soon though how much do you guys usually sell your implants for?

break out the biomats you farm into small stacks and sell them on the GTN. I haven't had much luck selling implants since the market seems filled with them, but that is still another good way to make $$.

thanks for the info guys/gals. I just feel like power wouldnt be a main stat of mine, but I am basing that on nothing other than an assumption. I was thinking power was for the dual saber guys that inflict more melee damage. once again, just a total assumption so all the enhancements i bought last night are basically junk for me LOL o well

dang! so your saying for a level 44 DPS sage, I should be stacking power and surge? I just noticed most of the mods available to me now are critical and alacrity. should i be stacking power/surge instead?

idk if it just SEEMS this way, but I have way less luck when RE'ing stacks. When I do them individually I usually learn the new craft every 2-6 RE's
