This still remains a high priority for our team to resolve, and we wanted to let you know the next steps we are taking. We will be adding more tools on the backend to improve our reporting and tracking to further our investigation. In order for this to happen, we will be scheduling server downtime for tomorrow. This will impact all servers as we have seen this issue occur with Star Forge, Satele Shan, and most recently Darth Malgus. Players should expect a maintenance window on Tuesday, May 16th from 8am CT / 1pm UTC. Estimated down time is 2 hours. Please keep an eye on our social channels/forums for updates should this timeline change. It should also be noted that there is a possibility that the servers may continue to keep players from connecting to the server at unexpected times, however, we have seen that players were able to connect to other servers when one is impacted. I will continue to update this thread with further information when I have it.
