Did yesterdays mail issues cause some peoples rewards to get wiped? i participated in multiple PVP 8v8 games during the PTS cycle, the earliest game being the 9th february somewhere around 22:00 CET. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I received the Opal Vulptilla for each of the two characters I've logged into today. The email generates and is delivered at the time the character logs in the first time after 7.2.1 went live. In other words, the in-game mails with the Opal Vulptilla showed as being delivered today, not yesterday, so I don't think there were any issues with the mail delivery unless perhaps you logged in yesterday. Well i did log in yesterday after patch got live on some characters and i logged into them today on the same toons and still nothing. i assumed yday was just a bad timing for me to claim them since they took down the mail system twice during the evening. They opened up that PTS cycle on the 9th february During this phase of PTS, we will be granting an Opal Vulptilla Mount to players who complete the following tasks: Log onto the PTS Complete a Warzone match This is what was said, and i have friends who also joined pts on the same day as me and they got their mounts 😛 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
