Separate from the GTN market SH real-estate could be a thing for people who just love interior design and decorating SH to list for sale. xordevoreaux Posted January 8, 2023 Share Posted January 8, 2023 I'm not against people playing Hotel Tycoon in SWTOR if they want to, but to make a business out of selling strongholds would mean changing the way players buy them, because right now they wind up in your legacy if bought with cartel coins, and buying stuff for cartel coins makes EA happy, so strongholds right now aren't fungible. There would have to be a way to separate an existing stronghold from one's legacy, to delist it basically, to make it sellable, or buy a stronghold that does not go into a legacy until someone pays additional cartel coins to make it so.
