This was stated in the gear changes: Additionally the Spoils of War vendor will offer a new item to help players with Conquest Commendations progress towards Prototype gear! It was originally posted that the Bag of 200 FP-1 Stabilizers would be found on the Spoils of War vendor, but players can find this on the Conquest Gear Vendor instead. We split the currency conversions to their respective gear vendors.
