xordevoreaux Posted November 4, 2020 Share Posted November 4, 2020 (edited) Obviously, if both Win7 and Win10 users are unable to log in despite their best attempts to reinstall, follow the advice given on the forums, etc., etc., then there must be something else going on. Otherwise, the problem would be limited to one cut of Windows or another. Also, why are some users like myself able to log in via Win10 but others not, whatever their current build of Win 10 might be? We can help isolate the problem by trying to find common configuration issues by publishing in this forum thread our configs, and it's not complicated: typing winver in the command window will give you version of Windows. dxdiag.exe will provide the highest version of DirectX that you computer supports. The configuration differences don't end there. What about the graphics cards themselves? So below is a template to copy and paste and post in this thread. Fill out what you can as accurately as you can, and maybe in some small way this will help the development team.
