And we live on the south coast on NSW, just under the southern highlands escarpment, so we get all the cold air from there and the warm from the ocean. It was minus -1 up the top of the escarpment last night. But come summer it will be hot as hell (30-45’c) and we’ll get bushfires again (hope not, but it’s becoming the norm). Man I feel so old this winter. Arthritis has spread through most of my joints and I’m not even 50 yet. I’ve not been able to surf since last winter and I think my body has aged 10 years because of it.
